We didn’t like the fact that the rooms didn’t have microwaves and the microwave that’s in the lobby you aren’t able to use after 11.

It’s a beautiful hotel with pleasant staff

Long line to check in, of course it was during an event. Our air was not working and we text twice as it said and got no reply. We called 3 times and never got to talk to anyone other than AI Ava. We finally had to go to the desk to get it looked at. Once maintenance arrived, it was fixed quickly.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice. Location to Mercedes Benz Stadium is great.

The valet situation was ridiculous. The line and the wait was very long. But I think it was because there were just so many people there for the concert.

The property was very new and modern. There was so much to offer inside the hotel, I didn’t need to leave. The room was beautiful. Clean and modern as well. I would definitely stay again.

NEST - the wait was for our food was over 45 mins, the food was cold and the wait staff, were below expectations with the attitude. However the manager, did correct it by comping our lunch. But it was still unacceptable. The menu price points are too high for basic american fare food!

Cleanliness - year after year. hallway walls, carpet, wear and tear of rooms- still remain in great shape. Please keep it up and I will keep booking during our yearly seminar at the WCC.

The air in the room took all night to cool off the room. We had the thermostat down to 64 and it was early morning before it cooled off. We arrived at 4 pm so that is how long it took. I wasn't real happy when I found out that I had to pay another $150.00 at check-in for valet and insecurities. I paid for everything a month before and nothing was said about this having to be done. I live on a budget and budget my money so this was a shock. Paying for the valet was no problem but having to pay extra after I had already paid with a major credit card for my room before hand was very ridiculous. I have no clue if I am going to be refunded back the money minus the valet or not.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was nice because the stadium was right next door. Check-in was easy nd check -out.

The valet parking charge and wasn't told about it. I did not like that it cost me an extra $120 I should of been informed about that before booking.

The hotel was very nice. The places to eat where very nice and good. I enjoyed walking to places near by. Where enjoyed the scenery. Loved having places to sit outside.

I had an issue one with valet parking. we waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for our vehicle, only for the guy to come asked if we had the keys. my son has an air tag on his keys and pulled up the location, which showed the keys were with the car. there was some back in forth between the attendant, my son, and myself. Until I finally asked if he checked the car in which he hadn't. 2 minutes later, here comes the attendant with the vehicle. Valet, please do better, it cost way too much for you all to slacking like this.

everything about this hotel is exceptional. from the customer service agents Nadia upon check-in who was so kind and very helpful. To Darvis upon check-out, who ensured my stay was great. The location was amazing directly across from Mercedes Benz stadium. The Nest on Four is an amazing sports bar. Our drinks were full of liquor, and those wings were to die for. The rooms are large and spacious. this is a great hotel!
