Door wont open! The cardkey wont work! We had to go back and forth the lobby to have it fixed and replaced.

Perhaps it was there but I never saw the information about a deposit and this was prepaid. Also, it would be nice to have breakfast included for the rates we paid but it also didn't say anything about the breakfast.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel is at a great location/distance from Disneyland. Pool was good. Close to malls and other convenient spots for dining and shopping.

Wasn't clean enough, just superficially. Some bedsheets were with stains from previous visitors and don't try to walk barefoot as floors are not swiped, I believe. Try getting your breakfast before 7.00. Afterwards the dining room is open, but almost nothing to grab.

Location and comfort are to be highlighted. Breakfast is included, so thumbs up for it. Free parking is also an addition.

the continental breakfast was much to be desired. Prepackaged chocolate muffins, yogurt and bananas was well below what we expected. The motel and room was good enough not bad, but not great.

Floor could have been cleaner upon arrival. For some reason whenever we came back to our hotel at the end of a long day the cooler was set to 60 making the room fridge cold.

Parking was a bit difficult in the evening. People that were visiting Joe’s Italian Ice that was located across the street would park in the hotel parking lot which made it difficult to find parking at night. Also, every night when we would enter the room, it smelled like urine. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Property was located in a great location, had access to lots of restaurants and it was very close to the Honda Center. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Even with the AC on the room felt humid, as well as the sheets and our clothes near the end of our trip starting feeling humid too. After having visibly stained bed covers we decided to put them neatly in a bundle to have them changed, housekeeping put the same covers back. We had the same dirty sheets for the whole week we were there. Hotel is on side of a neighborhood so there was a whole lot of people wandering at night and there is a really loud car that im guessing lives nearby that likes to pass by late night multiple times. Heard it every night of our stay.

AC gets REALLY cold. The shades on the windows are total blackout amazing if you are taking a break during the day. There is a jack in the box right nextdoor which made it easy to get something to eat fast, and a Joe’s ice cream right across the street! Bathroom was clean and shower had some spots but clean overall.

Close to everything and not a bad walk to disney plus we could catch a shuttle. Kind of a hidden treasure really and didnt break the wallet

The bedsprings creaked a little bit, and the door separating the two rooms wasn't well insulated, so we could hear the child next door.

The AC was powerful, and the shower was large and easily accessible. The TV was also easy to operate, and there was enough parking to park near the room.

This specific trip, the room wasn’t clean. Sheets had some spots, bathroom was not clean at all (avoiding those details here) and due to the time we returned from Disneyland it was too late for assistance with this but we did let staff know in the morning. Usually this is not a problem but something this weekend must’ve happened because we couldn’t even use the shower due to the cleanliness.

Love the property and the location. Have stayed here previously. Close to Disney, shopping and food!

Room faced a side street. A generator ran all night the first night. Walls are paper thin

Location was hood, walking distance to restaurants, convention center and Disney . Cheap Uber also an option. Great ice cream across the street!

The room opens to a parking space facing a drive-thru for a fast-food restaurant. They have other rooms that do not face the drive-thru, so please request one of those, if possible. The management should consider adding a physical barrier between the motel and the drive-thru, for privacy reasons.

Location is close to Anaheim Convention Center and Disney. The pool is heated. There are laundry facilities too.
