The cleaner only replaced our towels and didn't clean once, there was hair all over the floor. The lighting area in the kitchen part was very low, could use another light there as getting ready was difficult.

The location and price was good. The breakfast had a nice selection and tou could get hot drinks from reception during the day which was a nice bonus.

If I had to choose something I’d say the beds were a little hard, but they were standard for a hotel.

Everything! We loved having the 24 hour pool access. The jumping mat was enjoyable for the kids. Very clean and housekeeping was great! My kids were quite amused that housekeeping set our daughters “babies” up on the made bed. Perfect for our weekend getaway.

Staff was friendly, room was updated and very clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. During the day while we were out enjoying the sights staff came in and kept the room clean and neat. Pools were nice as well. Very conveniently located to anything and walkable to restaurants.

The front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily. The property was clean. The pools were clean and had lots of clean towels for pool use. Everything in our room was clean. The bathroom and shower was clean. Cleanliness is very important to me.

Well we would of liked for the pool and hot tub outside to be open to adults only untill at least 12am. The bed really was not comfortable and we didnt get much sleep from it. Also there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It would be nice for common courtesy.

The location was great, could not ask for a better location. The price was great as well. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The chair in the room had a very short back not very relaxing, no otamen for the chair . Breakfast was so so food not hot , if you are going to have breakfast at least make sure it's hot. Bathroom mat for tub is use less won't suction to tub.

Breakfast was awesome, with plenty of parking, close to all events. Staff was very knowledgeable of places and gave excellent direction to location for a customer on the phone trying to find hotel. Jacuzzi saved my back from the drive to stay.

My only issue was the toilet in the room. It didn’t have a toilet lid. It had a very “public” toilet vibe and I was constantly worried my things were going to fall into the toilet. Please get new toilets with lids.

So clean and nicely appointed. The pools were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was just as good, if not better, than some of the Hiltons we’ve stayed at.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it because I understand the concept of it but that if you’re staying in the first hotel part on the parkway, you have to cross the little back road to go get your breakfast with the other rooms are located in the back not really an issue For me but some people might find it a little bit of inconvenience.

Didn’t have a problem with anything the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.The Staff I had a check-in and out was nice. Great to have coffee in the rooms and in the check-in area so if you didn’t wanna walk across to get breakfast, you could always go into the check-in area to get a cup of coffee. Snack machines and drink machines by the pool with the ice machine.

Nothing was bad. Had great experience we do stay here often.

I love that the pool is open 24 hrs because we got here later than we had expected. So then we went to the pool and relaxed about hour or so before going to bed.
