While our room was comfortable I would have liked a small table in the room. Also the floor was not even.

One bed had no top sheet, one bed had the top sheet folded on the bed, we had to make the bed. TV for master bed did not work due to poor wifi Dumpster in view was overflowing with trash.

We stayed in the family room. Cute and Charming. Quiet and very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. The atmosphere by the water was nice.

The room was clean and updated with a minimalist Scandi design. The shower was extra nice. The pillows were terrible and too large and I got a neck ache from them. The bed was very comfortable otherwise. The pool was really nice and restaurant was on the water. I didn't like that there was no one to greet you and tell you about the area. That seemed unfriendly to me. But people at restaurant were nice( but busy.), but that's standard now with so little help..

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was very clean.

The staff was fabulous. Location is perfection. Restaurant has wonderful staff and good food. Bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Location is great right on the lake and short distance to Watkins Glen and wine country.

It is by the water and amazing location. Staff was so kind and helpful. It is like a hidden gem in the nature and by the Seneca lake.

The rooms were recently remodeled very nicely but could use a few more finishes - e.g. towel hangers, bathroom vanity space, and coffee makers/supplies. The 3rd floor balcony room was fairly damp all the time. The 1st floor room on lakefront was not the cleanest.

Excellent lakefront location in an area that is not overrun with touristy places. The beds were very comfortable! Restaurant attached to it had basic food but was very good. Main property manager lady was helpful.

No curtains only a privacy blind so natural light streaming in, very noisy (could hear everything happening in the rooms adjacent and above even though the residents were behaving completely normally).

The bathroom was particularly nice, beds very soft and fresh towels, etc. were readily accessible. Check-in/check-out processes were remote and so smooth and convenient. Great sized room.

There was one heating room we asked for a heater and they gave us a tiny one which barely made a difference.

We had dinner it was good but very exspensive. And they didn't have a lot of stuff as the season was ending. That was never mentioned when we booked. The view of the lake was beautiful

For some reason the room was hot while sleeping. Since the rooms have no heat this was strange. I think the memory foam mattress was an older model that doesn't keep you cool.

The room had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel manager took pride in taking care of the property.

thr bed was literally a foot from the door making it very difficult and super awkward to get in and out of the room, especially with luggage. bed was incredible firm, which isn't for everyone. it ruined my back. ac did nothing to cool the room down.

I found a few items that were not as clean as I would like. The fridge and microwave were a bit dirty inside along with the windowsill's. The walls are paper this so we could hear everything going on beside and above us. Luckily, they were not sold out, so it was fairly quiet. The beds were very soft. Almost sinkable. This isn't my preference, but I can see why some would love this.

Contactless check-in was great. The room was updated, modern, and very spacious.The surrounding area is beautiful. Our room was just across the street from the lake. Beautiful sunrises. There is a nice little restaurant across the street to enjoy some drinks, food, and the view of the lake. Very quiet area. Lots of wineries and breweries are available around you. Definitely in wine country! Overall, I would stay here again if I had the opportunity because of the surrounding areas, but I don't believe it is worth the $220CAD I paid for the night.

The beds were very comfortable and the view of the lake was beautiful. We had a room overlooking the water. The location was peaceful. John, one of the owners, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

The grass area could have some curb appeal , but overall it was just relaxing to stay there.

Breakfast was good, everything you want. You sit right on the water and you do not have to drive anywhere.

2 things, no iron/ironing board & the TV's internet didn't work. Granted it's a beautiful place, but while I slept my husband was bored.

Loved EVERYTHING!! The comfort, the peace, the pool, the vibe, the people, all around AMAZING. We love to travel to different places and this one just... left with no words. We got there late and read the wrong book cover, because we did think it would be a bad stay, but then we walked into the room, and the next day the views and everything else made it so much better. Reading the history of the hotel was pretty cool too. For sure would love to come back.
