The property was outstanding, it was clean and well furnished, had a dedicated parking spot, beautiful view of the ocean and the 3rd floor location was perfect in that you can take the stairs(20 feet from the door) to the pool/beach in seconds, the elevators are slow as they service a tall building. The pool was large with multiple water levels and plenty of seating. Beach chair rentals are optional.

Found a huge roach in the bathroom when we got there. It was dead. So we thought they may have sprayed for pests recently. Ran out of toilet paper and could not find more. Bought our own midweek.

I will say the security on site can be a bit rude, but they are serious about what they do and that is what is important.

The location was incredible and the owner was responsive and friendly. We were five minutes from anything we wanted to do, we can’t wait to stay here again.

There was a some partying around but it didn’t bother us as it may others.

I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and parking deck. The view was great and the condo was a great size for my family.

Besides the parking being a little trek..the only improvement I would say is to pitch the lamp in the master bedroom. I couldn't get it to stay on for the life of me.

The outside area was always clean. The pools were amazing and not overcrowded at the time of our stay. My teen daughter felt self so I was able to give her more freedom to move about the place and socialize. The steps to our floor were super convenient to the pool area. The condo we rented was amazing I felt. Light, clean, no tacky decorations or wild colors. Everything we needed was right there inside. I felt the place was great and spacious! VERY PLEASED!

Parking isn’t the best . You get one spot for 85 dollars & it’s so tight . Are truck didn’t fit so we had to park in the overflow lot which is not close enough with 3 small kids to do the walk every time you wanna leave . Which is another 12 a day to park there .

They charge $85 once you get there and wish I had known that when I booked. The parking lot numbers were so confusing even with instructions I had a hard time finding it.

The walk to and from the car was quite a trek, especially since I’m pregnant. Indoor pool wasn’t working which was honestly a major reason we booked this location, due to the predicted bad weather. Parking gate never worked with our wristbands so we always had to go through security. Very tight parking spaces; witnessed trucks hitting the clearance bar trying to park in garage

Host very responsive. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views right from the living room. Very clean and more than enough accommodations within the condo to make your stay pleasant. We appreciated the assigned parking. Quick walk to the beach. Pineapple Willy’s restaurant right next door and it was nothing short of amazing.

You could never get an elevator so you’ll be up and down the stairs a good bit.
