Cottages are A little on the small side. They don’t have an oven but do have a 2top burner. W/that being said the screened in porch really opens up the space you have & there’s an outside fire pit/seating area for each cottage. We definitely plan on staying again

Fully screened in porch was great for our dogs. Nice grounds to walk them around. You can even walk them next door to get a pup cup 💜. Chuck was amazing. Super nice helpful guy. Great location everything is only 10 minutes away.

My Neighbors remote turns on my tv. Was surprised that the shower dripped for a LONG time being that the property is only 2 years old.

Location was very convenient to local attractions and the beach. Dog friendly property and very kid friendly. Quiet at night - and the private outdoor fireplace was a major bonus. Had plenty of outlets and USB charging ports built in... The a/c units were very quiet and kept the cabin comfortable.

Found someone else’s food in the microwave when we arrived and there was trash on the porch. Top bunk gets warm.

Cottage is small. It only has a double burner electric stove. We used the pull out couch for movie night and the mattress was extremely thin and didn't come with sheets. For our family of 3 it was perfect but space next to the beds is less than 12 inches in one of the bedrooms so you have to crawl up the bed. The other room has a bunk and being claustrophobic I couldn't sleep in that room with the bunk so close to the bed (you cant sit up in bed).. Pool is walking distance even from the fastest cottage. Pool is clean with a on site bathroom. They have ice and water machine and a locker for wood for the fire pit they provide. Overall place is worth every penny. We will defiantly come back. Loved the quietness of the place. Bonus the lake is full of frogs and my son loved running around trying to catch them.

The cottage was clean. Bathroom was up to date and water pressure and aircondtioners worked well. Out door furniture was in great condition. Overall a great place to stay.

No place to hang clothes

The layout of the cottages, cleanliness, attentiveness of the handyman on the property. Everything was updated. We loved the screened-in front porch to sit and the fire pit was such a nice touch

Have some cottages with out a bunk bed. We did end up sleeping on the couch because no one wanted to maneuver the stairs to the bed. We are not as young as we once were.

Need to provide filters for coffee maker. No condiments of any kind which should be mentioned in description so folks can come prepared.

Nice cottage. Loved the screend porch. Beds were comfy. Location was perfect. Good size for the 3 of us. Loved having a kitchen for breakfast and snacks.

I did not like we lived out of our suit cases. Did not realize on photos there is no dresser or closets. In one bed room there is a four draw stand. I would stay there again! I would stay again and again. I just know about the draws

I love the privacy. I like the area close to it all The grounds are safe and very very clean. It is pet friendly and like I said very very clean. You get your parking spot next to your cottage perfect. Let me not forget you have your screen in porch loved it

Need more hooks everywhere as there are no closets. Cottage slept 6 (pull out couch) but we only had 4 towels

Abundant hot water, our cottage was at the rear of the campus so it was quiet. Neighbors were all courteous and quiet.

The only complaint we had the whole time was that there was a crack in the shower floor that leaked onto the bathroom floor. The management was apologetic and made sure we had what we needed to accommodate for the inconvenience.

The property location and setup make you feel seclusion while still being “in the middle of it all”. The layout of the cottage was perfect. For a family of four, we were rarely on top of one another. The pool was a good size and even with lots of people rarely felt crowded. There are laundry facilities and even a fire wood dispensing machine so you can use the fire pit in the private outdoor area. The landscaping is gorgeous. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The screened in porch with ceiling fan and the little private outdoor seating area made the small space feel even bigger. And the fact that they ALLOW PETS (👏), made this truly a wonderful vacation for the whole family. We will definitely be staying here again!
