The very least a hotel should offer to a guest is a night's rest and that was very much under question because the room i was assigned, 219, had a vibration problem. Not mere noise that you can solve with ear plugs but actual vibration that you could feel with your hand on the counter and see in the toilet bowl where the water was shaking. It gave me a headache and anxiety and I couldn't even tell what was going on for a while and certainly couldn't sleep with that subtle shaking going on, likely from some device (fan? Generator?) right above the room. I contacted staff to switch rooms but they told me they didn't have any others, it was labor day weekend. I was ready to gather my stuff and go to an Airbnb nearby but they also said they won't refund me because I had used the (practically unusable) room! So after a back and forth wrangle with the unpleasant front desk lady she discovered she had a cancelation and moved me across the hall to a room without that problem. I have no idea what the issue was with the vibrating machinery and don't know if they ever found the handyman to look into it but there was an issue and she acted like I was the nuisance, not the vibration. Won't stay there again.

Very close to the Tillamook factory which was really nice. Lots of places to eat and very friendly staff.

No late or early check-in. Beds were a little bit odd, one sank in the middle and the other was on wheels.

The room was a good size with negligable traffic noise

Although friendly, check in clerk could have handled a guest better. She was rambling on, as 3 parties were waiting. Not a good sleep, was rolling all night The mattress seemed too hard.

I booked this hotel because breakfast was supposed to be included and a pool. Booked non-refundable and as soon as I paid for it, I was informed they did have either one. I feel I should get a refund of some sort for the inconvenience. Thank you.

The location was perfect! As a solo adventurer I always pick a spot within an hour north and south of everywhere I plan to visit, this place was spot on. The size of the room was fantastic! The staff was super friendly. Close to grocery store. Wonderful shower. Huge smart TV. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would I stay again? No

You can tell they've attempted to update some things, but let's focus on the important stuff. The bed is not good. The mattress is old. My back hurt each morning. Please update those. It's a mix of old and new furniture. The gross soap, shampoo, conditioner dispenser in the shower...ick. I feel the price could come down until these things are properly updated.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable!

No elevator, which didn't bother me but a good thing to know.

The welcome was great, we were expected, everything was well explained and processed quickly. The staff member on duty was really professional but personable too. He went above and beyond by investigating what turned out to be a noisy boiler and relocating us immediately to another room. Really good customer service and helpful staff.

The noisy boiler was an issue but it was resolved for us immediately and to our satisfaction. Thank you.

Rooms were clean and look newer. Staff was really kind and helpful

We booked the room under the impression it had free continental breakfast, got a email saying it was no longer available. We booked through a third-party so we couldn't cancel. The rooms were nice but the despenser in the shower were low and one empty.

The room was nice and comfortable and had good towels and products..the hotel smelt nice as their was construction in some areas of the hotel.

Letting people know prior to booking that the pool is closed permanently instead of receiving an email the day after, Better pillows and when making sure we didn’t leave anything we looked under the bed and found some underwear from the previous person that rented the room..maybe have housekeepers look under the bed when cleaning the room, floors were dirty maybe mop and vacuum laminate flooring..

    The king bed

Got a text after payment with non-refundable clause stating no pool and found out by staff that the pool has been closed for over a year. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. Bathroom to small and cramped. Room smelled of cigarettes. Too expensive for what it was.
