The facility is under remodel and rough around the edges. Will be beautiful once restored. We were there after the hood to coast marathon. There was construction equipment on the beach which was noisy and during the week the hotel is under construction which was also noisy.

The staff was outstanding and friendly.

The room had no view. The coffee machine in the room did not work, coffee in the lobby was not drinkable. Literally facing the elevators. Elevators were super slow, and lots of construction was going on. The lobby was a five-star and the rest was not.

The beach, the fires on the beach, the beach, the lobby was pretty especially around 5 ish sunlight off the pool was spectacular. The beach. The other guests were very nice. Front desk employees were nice.

We had a room Ocean view with balcony, the balcony sat on top of the restaurant below which Blow propane gases out. We could not enjoy going out on balcony. Second day there was no hot water for half a day and we had to go down to office three times to get our room toilet unplugged 9:30am to 4:30pm

Property located on the beach right in town. Great swimming pool. Right in town next to all the shops restaurants.

The beds were hard . The cleaner used was so strostrong we were coughing horribly in the elevator and had to rush outside. The workers doing construction were smoking and cursing loudly and allowed to work way too late .

The staff was super kind the view amazing and it was a wonderful night. We got to see awesome bubbles blown.

Pet hair everywhere. Not very clean or sanitized. Our room was in the corner. It was hard to get our luggage in and out of the door. Elevator was very very slow

Hot Tub was filthy, bedroom was small for the price. Floor was dirty, sand in the bathtub, hair in the bed.

I didn’t like that the spa and pool were dirty. If I had to complain about anything, it would be how dirty the pool and hot tub were. It didn’t match the rest of the hotel. They were nice, but they needed to be cleaned.

I liked how close the property was to the ocean. I also liked how the property was set up. It was a bit outdated, but overall it was still clean. Was getting remodeled when we visited.

We have room across our room it was a room has few dogs, they wake us up at 6am. We working ppl having kids, go on mini vacation I would like to sleep , but we been awake by dogs at 6 am. Next time I’ll choose hotel that don’t take pets or at least customer with dogs can be in other side hotel.

I requested to pay with a different credit card and was told, no problem. I was then told they charged the one I didn't want to use even after talking with 4 different people. I sent them a message prior to my stay, and they promptly returned one within minutes. When I sent a message about the charge, I have not received a response yet.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were cozy, good stay for the price.

Maybe it was the rooms, but the furniture definitely needs some upgrades. Felt like things were thrifted, and I expected far more for that location. The pool was awesome, just a little heavy on the chlorine. Don't remember the staff who checked us in, but he made everything such a breeze and was so kind! If we were to stay again, we would try a different room and location in the hotel.

Everything was great until we went to bed. We had a second floor room and at 1:45am some person was walking along the balcony line where the ac machines are for the hotel he was looking into everyone’s room and then got to ours. It was scary and too bad because everything was great until that.

Staff when we were greeted was ok, we arrived 20 minutes before check in time and they were adamant we had to pay $20 to get in 20 minutes early. The room was ok, lots and lots of signs of falling apart. The stove/oven in the room was a pain and impacted us being able to make meals. Only one small burner worked on the top and the oven worked but it doesn't have a way to gage temp or heat so we burnt our dinner. The bed was rock hard and both my Husband and I woke up stiff and with back problems for a couple days over the not great bed.

Even though under new ownership, the place was pretty run down. The wallpaper was peeling off, the stovetop did not appear to have been cleaned in quite a while. We had to clean it as soon as we arrived.
