Wrong tv remote in room, several key card glitches to our room, the linens in our room were good except for a washcloth that was missing a corner (looked like it had been chewed up?), was extremely thin and probably should’ve been thrown out years ago. Gave it to desk staff to show to mgr/laundry personnel. No dish soap or sponge near kitchen sink to clean things.

Plenty of space in our room and great water pressure in the shower.

There was no food for anyone diabetic or other dietary restrictions. No fruit of any kind. So we could not eat there. That was very disappointing. We would not stay there again due to this lack. The cost was $100 per night higher the week I booked compared to the week before and the week after. That seems unfair.

The room was fine. The lamps were a bit unstable. One you could not sit anything heavy as the lamp was not level.

Our biggest complaint would be the access on TV. Not a smart TV so unable to log into own streaming services. No guide to see what is on or coming up. Led to a lot of channel flipping for bored youth. Would highly recommend either disabling or repairing speaker in the elevator. The ding every time you get on is jarring and loud. We were disappointed both the steam and sauna were out of order. I have stayed at this location before and it is where my family often stays when they are visiting Klamath Falls. I would recommend that it is time for a refresh on items like the shower heads, hinges on the doors, the oxidation and hard water stains make it feel run down. A very fine line for some. I don't need modern interior design but also want to feel the building is maintained. Did also find cobwebs in windows upon opening drapes all the way.

I enjoy the convenience of the location for the purpose of our visit (tour Oregon Tech). The room was comfortable and clean. I love the Shilo asking guests to confirm if they want cleaning services and the ability to get more towels, tp, etc from the front desk. We really enjoy that Shilo pool is open until 11pm. Many facilities seem to close pools at 9p. We only grabbed breakfast very quickly on way out one of the mornings so I cannot comment much on that. We had a nice view and appreciated being able to open window.

At 3:00 am there was a lot of noise from somewhere in another room and "they" were running the water a lot. Woke us both up.

The room was large and comfortable! The breakfast was not a hot breakfast, but sufficient. The microwave in my room did not work, and the electronic front doors were out of service, so heavy and difficult for a senior to open. The location was very close to OIT so perfect for my purpose.

I usually travel with my dog, and I was surprised with a $25 fee that no doggy bag was given. You should consider a small bag that has a couple doggy bags to pick up dog poop, and a dog treat or two. I walked over by the convention center and Restaurant, and there was dog poop all over the lawn. If you gave out dog bags or had them available, your grounds would be much cleaner, and the entire facility would see more dog friendly.

We really liked the first room we were in but got moved to a different room cuz the person underneath us was trying to sleep and we were supposedly being to loud and kept waking them up but if we were being to loud above them but got put right next door to them and there wasn't any more complaints then really what were we doing that made the person keep calling and complaining about us being to loud for,?

The lobby entrance door was not working properly. Lots of snow and couldn’t park in the designated veterans space. Some hair left in the bathtub.
