Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe pool was extremely small which was unfortunate since it was one of the reasons we chose it. The hotel staff also didn’t initially realize that we were supposed get a complimentary breakfast so we had to go around for a while to figure that out.

United StatesSome type of 3m film on entire window so couldn't see outside or enjoy a view. No vent in bathroom. Had to move bed some to get to outlet on nightstand. Crackers from a previous stay under couch.

Very clean, great room service, spacious suite, free parking, nice wet bar space in junior suite, great for a romantic getaway. Pool available, mostly kids. Friendly & helpful staff.

It is outdated but comfy and clean. Nice staff. They were wonderful. And very nice people all around. Some workers at the Funny Bone were very rude. There were 23 of us and prob $2,000 in tickets and drinks. No one was bad or intoxicated. It was just 3 men trying to use power. My son was reading his phone and one of them walked up and slammed it down. Said he couldn’t check his phone. We were in no one’s way and on the side up on an area , so we were not on the floor making a loud sound. The waitress was wonderful and apologized profusely. The 3 guys working were just rude and hateful. I even have videos. It’s not good for business.

Not sure WHY I haven't heard anything back... Otherwise, it was a good stay. But, the double charge thing may have me re-thinking EVER staying at a Sheraton again.

United StatesThe room could use an upgrade. It was clean but looked like it needed to be up to date. I found hair in my bed and on towels in the bathroom. The lobby was noisy due to either a soccer conference or tournament. There were many kids with their parents everywhere! I paid for breakfast for three and the hotel only had two, this was included in the price I paid via Booking.com so I had to pay for an additional breakfast for my daughter for two days.
I only liked the location of the hotel and the fact that it was near the restaurant I went to for my birthday. The bed was fine. Comfort was ok.

United StatesThe hotel oversold King rooms so at check in the gave me a double and didn't inform me at check in. Also, the parking situation was horrendous. I have a handicapped hang tag, the handicap area had two security vehicles, one delivery type truck and not enough places. I had to park way to the north end of the lot, several hundred feet from the entrance
Location was excellent and the hotel was very nicely appointed.
