Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel was full of kids there for a soccer tournament. Saturday afternoon got rained out so they were running all over the hotel. Luckily I travel with earplugs. When I tried to have dinner, the restaurant was dark and a wedding reception was starting in the bar and all over. I ordered a soup at the bar and took it back to my room. I got the first airport shuttle in the morning and didn’t stay for breakfast.
The bed was very comfy and pillows were good. I checked in a bit early so took a double bed room instead of a king. The location is nice with the bars and eateries next door. The mall IS NOT a typical mall but I did go to a comedy show.

NetherlandsBesides the fact that the rooms are quite good, the biggest issue was the noise coming from the air conditioning. To be honest, it was terrible. I could not sleep well.
The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The location worked well for me since my office is close to the hotel. You can find many restaurants and bars closed to the hotel.

United StatesI was told my room was available at 3:00pm. Got there and it wasn’t ready. Parts of the hotel was hot. Bartender in the dining area was ok. We waited 15 mins, before he took our order. I paid for the meal with my debit card and tipped him just being nice. The food was not worth the price. Next day after leaving the hotel, I was charged for the room again and the meal was some how charged to the hotel room. How? Very disappointed and frustrated!

United StatesStarting with the customer service at the check in desk they were rude, did not help you by letting you know what time check out is and where and how much breakfast was. The rooms were dirty and had mold in them, the balcony was gross and dirty then we asked to be moved rooms and we got that but the beds were super small.

United StatesThe staff at check in was horribly rude and unprofessional. The premises was not upkept. There was snow that morning, and the sidewalks and parking lot were not shoveled. The door leading into lobby was broken.
The bed was comfy. The staff at restaurant was very nice!
