Food - only two things that were good was an omelet and crab cakes, the rest we left on our plates. Food needs lots of help! We were a reservation for 3 but there were only had 2 of everything. Tried to call down but that did not work at all so had to make TWO trips to the front desk to get towels, cups, linens for hide-a-bed, very frustrating.

The original room balcony door latch was broken and fell on balcony door locking us out for a couple hours. The staff tried very hard to come help but we had put security latch on room door so they had to call fire department to break in room to get us off balcony. They did put us in another room but it did ruin our intimate night. Overall I loved the place and will stay there again. Just will leave balcony door open.

My shower would not stop running, there was not any trash bags in the trash can, and there were a few ants.

I love the location, the restaurant, the room, and the front desk staff was amazing. Also when I needed maintenance they came quickly.

There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The parking is not included — and it's quite expensive. We were also charged a pet fee that felt unusually high compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Additionally, breakfast requires a voucher, and if you don’t show it, they’ll try to charge you again, even if breakfast was included in your room rate. I had to go all the way back to the room to grab the ticket, which was frustrating. It would be much more convenient if they simply confirmed breakfast by room number. I also couldn't help but feel a slight change in attitude at the breakfast area once I mentioned I had already paid through my reservation — maybe it was just my impression, but it wasn’t a great feeling. While we enjoyed our time and the hotel itself is nice, be prepared for several extra costs beyond the room rate, including parking, breakfast (if not clearly included), and a per-night pet fee.

Our stay at Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas was comfortable overall. The facilities are nice, the room was clean, and the location is convenient. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the staff was generally professional.

The only downside was that the hotel is located right next to the freeway, so it could get a bit noisy at times, especially during peak traffic hours. However, if you’re not too sensitive to noise, it shouldn’t be a major issue.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were in good condition, offering just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our suite was spacious, with two large beds and a balcony. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt comfortable overall.

Considering how much we paid for a room, I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast. When we went down to the restaurant, a male employee was extremely rude to us, and we just left and ate next door at the Hilton. Also, the price of parking is a little ridiculous.

Ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was decently clean, except some hair in the tub and on the floor. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was well stocked and clean, and the pool was the perfect temperature.
