Location made it easy to get to all of the things we needed to do and see. Plenty of quality luggage carts - some places just don’t have enough. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Bed was comfortable.

The 5th floor was really great! The 'hors dourves were ok, could have been less greasy, more healthy selections, I was a bit disappointed that on Christmas eve and day there was almost no services available. Otherwise a great place to relax.

United StatesBreakfast was crap. I was so happy I was able to use vouchers. If I had to pay $18 per person, I would rather eat at McDonald’s. And I haven’t gone to McDonald’s in 15 years. Big guy with a black beard checking people in, was extremely rude. Old guy at night was extremely rude. What kind of a hotel doesn’t have extra blankets? He gave me an attitude for asking for an extra blanket and saying I should’ve brought one from Home. That is psychotic. I left a message for Bill the manager and I haven’t gotten a call back for two days.
Really clean rooms and a couple of nice staff. Ebony and Devon were extremely friendly and professional.
