Didn't like the 15$ USD mandatory daily travel fee. You could use the fee towards the hotel restaurant (can get 2 lattes for example for 15$ USD), but wish this was optional.

The location was incredible. It’s located across the street from the metro station which made it so convenient to get around without a car.

$30 resort fee was confusing and it was very unclear how to use the $30 credit per day. Also this is an automatic charge hidden amongst tax charges, not listed as part of the nightly hotel room price. Shows up in the hotel total cost in the reservation so is not truly hidden.

Hotel was very nice and room was very clean, modern, and beds were comfortable. Was able to get a microwave delivered to the room. Staff were very nice.

Requested an early check in but was advised upon arrival not an option. Was advised I would be notified as soon as ready but was not. Had to ask reception while waiting in lobby for four hours, completely jet lagged and exhausted. Would like to have been notified before arrival that early check in wasn’t available. I would have booked somewhere else that could accommodate with this request

We were hit with an unexpected destination fee of $25 per night and the gym was shut for renovations. They included gratuity in all their charges. The hotel is old and tired.

The breakfast included was reasonable though the restaurant on the weekend was very busy and the staff was stressed. The beds were comfy, the shower had good pressure, amenities were nice and the location was reasonable - a short walk to the arts and historic districts and close to some nice cafes. The room service dining was fairly priced and the food was decent.

I didn’t enjoy the soft mattresses which are too soft for my liking. That is however a subjective opinion.

Location just off the exit of the freeway is convenient if you are driving. Breakfast a-la-carte but much better than some other hotels in the USA. Parking interconnected with hotel.

Front desk service was lukewarm, but the bell desk, valet, and housekeeping were excellent. We reserved a 750 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite, which felt smaller than expected. The suite had only one cramped bathroom in the living area, terrible for privacy, and all one-bedroom suites are attached to the elevator shaft, making them noisy throughout the night. The bed was also not as comfortable as a typical Marriott bed. Despite being Gold Elite members, we were denied access to the breakfast area on the top floors, which was disappointing. We weren't even informed about it until we asked, only to be told it’s reserved for Platinum Elite members. This felt off, especially given that we booked the top category room. The two-tier treatment for Platinum and Gold members, regardless of the room category, would make me reconsider staying here again.

The location is central, everything is walkable, and the Ubers are easy to call. There are many good restaurants nearby. There is a mall/Macy's on the rear side of the hotel. The convention center is a 10-minute ride by Uber.

The view wasn't great and softer towels and a robe to wear while I was there would have been nice. Minor details, though. I'll definitely be back.

Lack of staff at the restaurant, having to wait for a long time, Staff at the front desk and restaurant especially the migrant staff can be friendly, show respect and be courteous & polite to guests

Great Location and convenience to move around, the overall standard were good including the cleanliness, house keeping staff were excellent, they took time even to arrange the soft toys, little things that makes the difference
