It had air conditioning, robes for guests, a host of beach gear to borrow (for free), free parking, proximity to lots of shopping/sites and a beautiful view!

The swimming pool and BBQs at the villas were nice, but there was no spa. Also, there is a posted sign that only alcohol provided by the hotel is allowed; however, the Sheraton Villas do not provide any alcohol.

The beach at the Sheraton was probably the best in Kauai and was a short walk from the villas. Also the restaurant Lava was very affordable and offered great tasting, well-made dishes. The studio room at the villas was perfect- size, amenities and comfort.

I didn’t like how check in is at 4 pm It is too late. Flights are coming in early and we had to wait hours to finally get our room

The hotel itself is beautiful, overall clean and comfortable However, the ask for check out at 10am, not allowing even a minute after and this is too early in my opinion.

Pool quite busy adjacent to beach but other pool at rear of property a lot quieter and worth considering at busy times . Only a couple of other restaurants in walking distance so car is essential .

Large hotel in its own spacious grounds with fantastic beach . Two pools , pool restaurant/bar and Al a carte only open Thursday to Sunday when we were there. Very helpful staff and well equipped rooms.

The only criticism is that housekeeping times were a bit erratic, but I’m nit picking here.

The property is on one of the best beaches in Poipu. It’s extremely family friendly. You can spend your entire vacation there, if you are so inclined.

All the equipment costs money to rent. The foodd was extremely expensive at the restaurant. The storage in the room was limited.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, which was amazing. Detergent was provided. There was a small kitchen with a stove, with silverware. A coffee pot. A few cool activities were available at the resort. The staff was very helpful and nice. Free parking was great.

The only suggestion i would make is to have a little more onsite entertainment in the evenings. The Lu'au was amazing, but evening times having some music at Lava bar would be great..

Everything about this resort was amazing. From the first moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are above and beyond, and the location is simply paradise !

Food at Lavas- especially breakfast. Omelets and potatoes were like cafeteria food. Room service food was cold and expensive.

Nothing we didn’t like - everything was great .

It was so comfortable, it had everything we could have needed for our stay in the villas including a washing matching and well stocked kitchen for us to cook some simple meals. It was in such a beautiful location, close to Poipu beach, the shops and a convenient drive to landmarks. We had an early morning greeting with one of the monk seals - so very special! The best sunset views to sit and near one of the many fire pits.

The first room I was brought to had a very strong odor of perfume and I followed up and found out that an odor cleaner had been used. I wish that I hadn't been put in that room because it was late at night and I had to move to another room. However, they gave me a great other room with a view and everything was smooth from there.

Beautiful property that's well taken care of. Incredible location with the best beach in Poipu and a great pool and hot tub. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. My room was spacious, very clean, well appointed and had every amenity I could need. I was particularly impressed because I had to check out at 10:00 a.m. and my flight was at 11:00 p.m. they let me use all of the hotel amenities during the day, held on to all of my luggage and gave me access to a courtesy room to take a shower and get cleaned up before my flight. Additionally every day they have a bunch of really fun activities planned that you can choose from. I took a morning yoga class, lei making, hula dancing and learned how to play some ukulele.

If you stay at the “back resort” instead of the water front building, you are not offered any amenities including the promised welcome package (was very much needing the sunscreen package), late check out, and isn’t alcohol allowed in the back pool.

Stunning grounds and beach with multiple pools and areas to do things or relax. Really enjoyed the restaurants and lounges as well as the gym. Absolutely beautiful views and the gardens are worth exploring every day.
