At check- in I was told the $16.00 for parking was good for 24 hours. I planned my trip around that. I checked -out at 11:00 am. My parking should have been good until 2:00pm since that was 24 hours after my arrival. Lady at front desk said as soon as I checked out that the parking pass would expire which would have cost me an additional $30.00 to stay until 2.00. Not acceptable! The bathroom body wash was empty. At the restaurant the waitress argued with me about getting blackened chicken on my salad stated they couldn't do it when I'd gotten it there the night before. It's the little things that make the difference. Especially after paying $569.00 for a room.

Beautiful room with a great view of the marina. The only issue was the refrigerator--not cold inside. I reported it to the man at the front desk when checking out.

I would have rather been facing Lake Erie. Carpet was stained.

Two45 was a bit overpriced and was sub-par compared to the amazing restaurants nearby.

Microwave is in the room in the hall with the ice maker which is different than I'm used to. Not the most convenient. Shower soap holder had a broken wire. Bathroom could've been cleaner.

Loved the bay view king room on the 6th floor. Waking up to the bay right outside the window was awesome. Bed was comfortable and the pillows felt like a cloud. The soap and lotion in the bathroom smelled amazing. The restaurant on property had phenomenal food and beverage. I work at a luxury resort and that food was on par. Loved that the room was set up in a way where it was aesthetically pleasing and hid all the things like the refrigerator and safe in easy to reach places. There was a loud situation in the hall around 3 am that seemed to be handled promptly by what I think was the staff based on what I could hear. Everyone we encountered was friendly and always acknowledged you. The location is awesome and we easily accessed the convention center since it's connected.

If you would like a view, choose the "club level." Otherwise, you will not be able to see anything at all out of your window. This upset me as this was our winter vacation. The hotel was nowhere near a quarter full, and we felt they could have given us a room with a better view, even on the 3rd level. Also, be ready to walk and pay for parking. Do not pay ahead for parking as I did. I ended up paying for three days, and then the hotel charged me for two more when we were only there from Friday night and checked out Monday.

Very clean and spacious. All of the staff is quick to make you feel at home and answer questions. Also, the lounge available is very nice and comfortable. The location is beautiful if you have a room with a view.

my Thanksgiving dinner was COLD - however, staff re-heated it in microwave leading to extremely dry turkey and not a good dinner especially for the cost.

The charge for the room was 236.22 a night. I thought the breakfast came with the room but, you needed a card to get to the 8th floor to get the free breakfast. We ordered pecan french toast it looked more like a bread pudding with pecans on the top that were black. The english muffin breakfast sandwich was wet and greasy on the bottom when you picked it up. And the yogurt was not vanilla flavored.

Rooms were great they were newly renovated. The view of the Bay was awesome.
