The Lounge wasn’t available. Could have been more healthy options at breakfast. The bar was terribly understaffed in the evenings. The mini fridge was very noisy. You couldn’t really open the fridge. There was not a freezer compartment in the fridge.

Your tv lists service availability of things that you don't provide, like netflix. It seems that there is no internet connection to the tv. What was worse, was that when we finally got thru to the front desk to ask about it, we were told that they would send someone up to check it out. No one came. I called back the next day, to find out that that it hasn't been working for months.

It took a. Long time for them to find my reservation. I feel like it was very over priced for the location. $541 was excessive. I would not ever stay there again at that price. .

The bedding was luxurious, but the comforter was a little too heavy for me, a totally personal choice.

Quick check in and out, staff was efficient and room was clean and quiet. The location was central to lots of restaurants and shopping with access from several highways including routes 35, 36, 18 and the NJ parkway.

My tub did not drain, and all of the bathroom fixtures were coming off their mount. I believe I was in a room that rarely has residents or gets attention.

The plumbing left much to be desired. Our toilet and sink both drained really slowly, and there was often shreds of toilet paper left even after flushing. The shower did not have a removable shower-head, the water temperature was incredibly difficult to adjust (going from cold to scalding without room for fine-tuning) and the water pressure was very weak - the water sort of dribbled out weakly and it took ages to take showers. Our check-in process was also less than ideal. We showed up after midnight and there was no one at the check-in counter and no way to try and get the staff (no bells or buttons or anything). We waited about ten minutes before someone (didn't look like it was his shift, but he was nice enough to help) came to help to check us in. He told us there were many weddings going on this weekend and the others were drunk...?? Even though we booked and paid in advance for a room with a King bed, we were told only at check-in that the only rooms with King beds were on the ground floor. I feel like that should have been told to us in advance or that we should have been charged less. Instead, we were left to choose at the last minute whether to stay on the ground floor or switch to two Queen beds.

The decor felt fresh, not dated. The beds and pillows were comfortable, with the option of firmer or softer pillows. The hotel common areas and rooms were generally clean. The free toiletries provided smelled good and felt luxurious.
