The one disappointment was the cleanliness. It wasn't a disaster like bed bugs would be, but the room generally wasn't cleaned very well and had tons of ants.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and comfort of the beds. The room itself was a good size for 4 people and didn't feel like it was missing anything.

I was told I had a $200 deposit I would receive back after check out I still have not received it since 12/08

Breakfast only consisted of bread. A bread bar is what they called it very unsatisfied. The hot tub was cold and the pool was hot and after notifying the owner he still did not do anything about it.

Breakfast was breads, juice and coffee only. Out of yogurt, and no eggs, bacon, etc. Room was too small for two queen size beds. Bathroom stool ran constantly and seat was loose. Bathtub was cracked. Some woman brought a DOG into the eating area and staff did nothing about it.

There was hair in the jetted tub and the jets hadn’t been flushed since the last use.

The whole hotel and especially our room smelt of sewage. Every time water would run the smell would get worse and worse.

The building is a little dated. From the elevator in the lobby that seemed a little sketchy and smelled of smoke, to the lack of hot water for three days it wasn't the most comfortable place to stay. They did however tell us that they are going to have a full remodel soon and to call direct and they would beat any online rate. I will definitely call first and see if they have remodeled before staying again. Any issues we had were directly related to the age and condition of the building and not the staff.

The Staff was amazing and communicated very well the issues they are having with construction on Main street. Saturday morning KC was hit with a few inches of snow and one of the staff members was outside cleaning off everyone's windshield.

No washcloths, trash cans dirty and stacked in the bathroom, the shampoo and lotion was open and empty. I don't think the room had been cleaned. I arrived at 4p so they had plenty of time.

The breakfast they offer needs to be more than bagels and yogurt for the price you pay for the room. Sorry. Even cereal and milk would be an added bonus, if other cheaper hotels/motels can offer continental breakfast, they can. Seriously it was our only complaint.

The room was very cozy and the bed was amazingly comfortable, great location, nearby everything, easy to get in and out of, friendly helpful staff.

I did not like that my room did not look like it was throughly cleaned after the late guest. My sheets were dirty, floor was dirty, bathroom countertop was dirty, fridge was dirty. Also, when you turn the heat on it smelled like something was burning, so I was afraid to use it. The pictures on the booking site were very deceiving because in person the hotel did not look they had just done renovations besides the lobby.

I think the hotel needs to be updated, new paint, carpets & furniture would be nice. Our shower in our room barely worked. The water was mostly coming from the handle to turn the water off & on, instead of the shower head so the water pressure sucked, the water barely poured out. The elevator needs fixed, it makes a lot of noise & the door is slow to open. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor, so taking the stairs wasn't too much of a hassle. I didn't like that we were never offered complimentary wine & beer like the information in this hotel states. The people checking in, in front of us were offered beer & wine but we weren't. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel & not once were we offered complimentary beer & wine upon checking in. Also I think paying a $200 damage deposit is a little excessive, especially like I said before this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The receptionist even remembered us from the time before & was pleased to see us again. I don't know if I would stay here again, I was not very happy with my room, because of the shower, because right now it's not worth the price we paid. If the hotel gets updated then maybe I will give it another try.

I liked the back patio of the hotel, it's really nice. I also liked being close to the Plaza where there are numerous stores to shop from, It's like having an outdoor mall.

The breakfast , have more supplies on hand we ask for extra wash rags and towels they didn't have any they said they don't have enough we didn't have any soap in our room we had to go buy a bar of soap to wash our hands that's ridiculous and I think you should have more channels on your TV cuz there was nothing on those few channels

I didn't eat any of the breakfast the bread has too many carbs and the orange juice and apple juice with my very tasty and don't like it they didn't have cold cereal and milk location was good but the construction was horrible

The room wasn't as fresh and clean as times past. The tub wouldn't drain from our showering so you were ankle deep. The toilet ran all night. We told them they may need maintenance to check it out. Just seems management hasn't kept money in upkeep as much latley.

Location. We've stayed here a lot over the years. Easy to Westport and easy to the Plaza.
