No dusting had been to my room. I nice solid layer of dust sitting on the entrainment center. Toilet way to close to door.

The location was fine. The sheets were stained and stretched out, we had to kill a few bugs, the bathroom was just not clean looking, the faucet leaked, the outlets were janky, the “breakfast” was a joke, the room to eat breakfast was minuscule… just wasn’t it.

The food was cold and no one cleaned our room or brought us clean towels. We were supposed to check out by 11 am and before 10 am someone knocked on our door and before we could answer she opened the door and wanted to know when we would be out.

Cleaning staff rude as ever, Breakfast wasn't good, Bugs in the room not sure what they were but they looked almost like little baby roaches or something. One of the ruder staff members decided to take it upon themselves and ever my room at 8am while me and my kids were sleeping she knocked once and didn't even give me a chance to get up to answer the door. It seems cleaning staff never leave you alone and you are always being watched. Smell of weed smoke outside all the time and the workout room has broken machines that can't even be used. You don't feel wanted by the staff other than the front desk. Also some of the stuff they claim to have they don't have unless you get that specific special suite. Overall it was fine from the start but after a while they don't seem to want you there. Plus little things like the elevator are a bit broken down and scary to ride in. Stay if you must but I wont be returning.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my 2 kids. Location and the front desk staff was nice. Pool was nice and the room was spacious. Beds comfy, Room stayed cool, Decent water pressure. Tv had ok channels.

Not the cleanest, we got in late and a few guest had their doors open smoking 🤷. Wife didn’t feel super safe there. I’m sure there are worse places to stay but we won’t be repeat customers.

I had made the reservation for my family trip , including my mom that cannot walk well and my dad who has COPD. We were put in rooms up the stairs and back by dryers it was very hot we could not step out side the room. None of the rooms were together we were all spread out on different floors and rooms . I feel it would have been better if room assignments had been provided at the time of my reservation so I could adjust as needed

Room smells musty, people sitting outside my door on the steps all night, trash on the floor when we arrived, door sweep doesn’t go all the way across the bottom of the front door allowing bugs and air to come thru the bottom of the door

Poor breakfast. Eggs, waffles and cereal. Carpets need desperately to be replaced. Advertisement says all new rooms, I've stayed there 3 times over passed yr and haven't seen new yet. But you get what you pay for

One electrical outlet didnt work in our room. The tub wouldnt drain properly so it was difficult to take a shower.

That I couldn't get to my room door for cars parked in front of My door they it didn't matter where we parked well it did to me I paid for a room it was on the bottom floor. I couldn't park in front of my room but paid for. I can't walk very far the only handicap parking was it down below my room. Do you need to tell other not to park in front of rooms

Jacuzzi jets didn’t work, smoke detector constantly chirped because battery was dying, the mattress was stained, corners and along wall in bathroom were dirty, light bulb blown in lamp, select buttons on remote didn’t work, and the room had a smell.
