The room was nice. The water park and the indoor water park were both very nice.

We loved everything about this place it was so comfortable and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so sweet, my kids are excited to go back! We have found our favorite vacation destination!

Ameerika Ühendriigid11 arvustust„It was still an enjoyable stay overall.”Our room was clean besides the dust. It could use a good dusting on the metal parts of the beds and other areas of the room. It was also very disappointing that the outside water slides were closed Monday-Friday. So our family didn’t get to have that perk during our stay which was one of the main reasons we booked here.

I love that there are so many things for the kids to do and the area is close to so many attractions but far enough off the road to not be too loud.

Ameerika Ühendriigid1 arvustus„Clean, kid friendly, rooms worth the money.”The bathrooms were on the smaller side in terms of space. Showers and sink was fine. The lifeguard that works in the evenings deserves either a raise or someone to work with him, he works very hard.
Clean rooms, kitchens were stocked! The balcony was good and my two kids loved the activities and water area. The build-a-buddy activity is cute and worth it. The beds were comfortable. The staff is a full 10/10! My daughter fell at the water area and they took the time to call and check in on her and ask about her.

Ameerika Ühendriigid5 arvustustSuurepäraneThe bracelet keys were terrible and didn't come off. The ventilation for the indoor pool was awful, my eyes were itchy instantly. And the outdoor waterslides were only open on Saturday and Sunday, that was disappointing !
The outdoor pool was amazing! Staff was very nice and helpful 😁 Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the butterfly house and movie night. Overall it was a great vacation!

Ameerika Ühendriigid3 arvustustErakordneWell my grandson was using the bathroom and water was dripping from the ceiling on him. Maintenance couldn't find the problem so at 11pm had to switch rooms. Next night my grandson and daughters fiance got stuck in the elevator. All manager said was she was sorry for the kind of money that was spent too stay there you would of thought they would of offered something. Also didn't like that the outdoor stuff got turned off so early.
,Enjoyed the outdoor Waterpark, grandkids loved the indoor, love being able too cook in the rooms.
