The bathroom could use some floor maintenance, the tile is separated from the subfloor and there is loose grout. Some moldy areas in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, the Bananas were green, not ripe.

loved breakfast & the seating area had so many different options in size and shape, loved it. My grandson & I enjoyed the pool. Free parking and safe. LOTS of food and shopping options. easy access to IH35 south. I would be happy to stay here again-especially after the huge highway construction project is complete.

Location was good. The eggs were like powdered eggs, no bacon or pan sausage and fruit and milk choices were lacking.

The hotel can't help this, but the freeway construction work in front of it is quite a mess and can make getting into the parking lot difficult.

Very clean and nice looking hotel. Breakfast had tons of choices, and all the hot foods were delicious and fresh. Coffee was excellent. Loved the indoor heated pool. We enjoyed our stay. Lots of good restaurants right next to the hotel. Plenty free parking.

The location from where I needed to be was only 20 minutes away. The cook that did the breakfast was amazing, loved the omelette.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself just the construction of the expressway being build. which I didn’t like but that’s out of the hotel control so I understood that. Just be prepared for a lot of construction but stores and food places around the hotel are less than 10 minutes so that’s great!

Access roads under construction, no fault of Hampton Inn, just a fact...not really anything else. Maybe create coupons or discount opportunities for (1.) Chuck-e-Cheese, (2.) Pasha, (3.) Chuys, etc nearby...

The location proximal to Natural Bridge Caverns was ideal for us, and we spent the first 3 days at this property. It was located at the intersection of I-35 and Loop 1604, and gave us a good starting point to go visit the Zoo, Missions, and Downtown attractions over the holidays (when traffic was thin compared to normal season). We were happy with the restaurants within walking distance - Pasha, Chuy's - and we would stay here again. The pool was good for our kids, a little cold, but they didn't mind. The 2-queen bed rooms were spacious for the four of us - 2 adults, 2 kids. Beds were really comfortable, good view of the green space and neighborhood behind the hotel. Nice selection on TV. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We liked how they decorated the lobby with festive Christmas decor, tree, and animatronic-Santa! Breakfast was really good, lots of choices and fresh food. The coffee bar was super and our kids loved the hot cocoa. Parking super close to entrance. A+ Hampton Inn Selma, thank you.

The first room we were given didn't meet our needs of a handicap shower. They quickly moved us to a room that did meet our needs.

The staff was very pleasant and went the extra mile to satisfy our needs.

It wasn't hotel fault but the guest stay above my room keep made noise like jumped up and down . And when about to out the door, staff in the morning asked if we like to check it out. Even though hotel already took our money. Every time I checked out from the hotel, the front desk never stop us and asked if we gonna check out 🤔

I booked this hotel cause have a good rating. And I was satisfied. Clean, they even provide handsoap, hand lotion and body wash
