FYI...pictures of room on booking.com are for the 3 bedroom. 2 bedroom balconies are not oceanfront.

Nice place to stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor pools and closeness to oceanfront. Rooms were clean and had everything needed.

I didn't like that there is no where in the little kitchen to put food. The pans were awful everything stuck in them real bad. The beds were really hard. The kitchen table was all scratched and marked up and one of the chairs had a seat that was all torn up. If you need anymore little packs of laundry detergent, you had to pay for them. The all you can eat breakfast is a Jimmy Dean biscuit and were limited on those.

The parking would probably be the reason I wouldn’t book again. It was terrible. It was very frustrating trying to fit into the extremely tight spaces with barely enough room to actually get out of the vehicle.

There was only one elevator working, it was difficult for the one’s who were on a schedule and also for the one’s who have medical issues.

The parking garage and elevators are small, and our room had spa bath tub which my kids enjoyed but the shower head wasn't a good fit for the bath tub meaning it was small.

Close to the beach, clean and the breakfast wasn't bad for the price. My kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river a lot. Overall, me and my family had a great experience here at this resort.

It could really use some updating and the parking deck was a nightmare. We didn’t know until we checked out that there was a parking area across the street, but even that was a small lot that looked pretty bad and unsafe. The Wi-Fi was off the majority of our stay. If you visit, please note that due to the layout of the rooms the noise in the hall will be directly beside your pillow while you sleep. We had one little girl whose parents let her stand in the hallway at 7am and sing and chatted at the top of her lungs for about 20 minutes one morning. The hallway and bedroom share a wall. Through poor planning, that wall is the one where they placed the head of each bed, so she came through loud and clear.

It was clean, just old and in need of updates.

The bedsheets had blood stains and stains in general. Also, the toilets could have been cleaned better. There were urine stains on the bottom side of the toilets in all three bathrooms! I had to wipe them down with sanitizer wipes and it was gross! The kitchen cabinet handles were sticky too. The pillows were uncomfy. Oh, the garage made me dizzy having to turn to each level and it will be good to warn people of the low ceilings bc my cargo carrier got scratched last time.

The location of the hotel was perfect from shopping areas! Rooms were spacious. My kids enjoyed the lazy River.

We didn't like that the room displayed on booking.com is not the actual room that was given. We felt swindled and it was very misleading which was very upsetting but we made the best out of the stay because the office said it wasnt nothing they could do to switch the room because they weren't the ones renting out that particular room, it was through booking. And this is not the first time from my understanding that this particular room displayed has misleading pictures when booking it. And the pool doors for the off season were not all installed. We really had to fight with some strong winds and trying to keep warm inside the pool area indoors.

We like how big the room was and it was is a very quiet part of the beach. We love the peacefulness and it wasn't crowded. The kids enjoyed the pool even though we had to fight with some of the door that was suppose to make it an inside pool and block out the wind. There were doors missing and wind was getting through so it wasn't technically an inside pool

There was plenty of parking, but the spaces were really small. The parking deck itself was very tight.
