Room was very clean and it even had great body soap, shampoos and conditioners which is rare. Loved the personal touch of a notebook to write in our notes about the room. Check in was a breeze - they texted me with a lock combo since I was arriving late.

I was a little surprised at the street traffic noise. I did not realize it was so close to the road.

I loved the cleanliness of the cottage. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Road noise wasn't great because Route 1 can be very busy. Roku TV was unfamiliar to us and the staff was nice enough to help us with it.

No work area in room, shower was very small with an oddly placed shower head, coffee/tea offered but no water to make it, road traffic is loud, no pool towels offered

Note that beds are doubles, not queens, so it is a bit smaller than you might imagine. We did hear a lot of road noise all night since we had the windows open.

Very convenient to get to - right off the highway. Super cute inside. Unfortunately we got in late so we didn’t have as much time to enjoy the property. The pool looked great although we didn’t use it. We enjoyed the record player and some ‘campfire questions’ that they had in the room. Comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay!

Pillows could’ve been fluffier but this comes down to personal preference, there’s a little bit of road noise but to be honest nothing out of the ordinary and that can be solved with a pair of earplugs

Very nice room, quite bigger than expected for this price at this area. Beautiful decoration and quite comfortable beds and pillows overall. Good facilities and lovely neighbours!!

One of the reasons I chose to stay was for the pool and hot tub, both which were not open. That was never mentioned in the many emails received from the Seascape. I would have chosen another place to stay.

The cottage was immaculate. I loved the details (air freshener spray in the bathroom) The record player was a fun touch. Beds were very comfy and the decor was well done.

The grass needed to be mowed and would of loved the hot tub to be open memorial weekend

Ocean view!, Lovely cottages with ample seating, great kitchen and bathroom sizes. Lots of hot water for a family of 4 to take consecutive showers daily. Beds were very comfy and the right amounts of blankets.

The Seascape Motel and Cabins set the bar for first rate accommodations. The attention to every detail is is evident in every facet of the property. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Shower is, as others reviewers note, insanely small (and I am not a big person). I wished that someone was at the desk during business hours, but never had to wait very long for assistance.

Other guests kept trying to open my door while I was in there which was a little freaky for a solo traveler. The fake potted plants take up a lot of floor and counter space in a already small space and they are the only thing that made the room look dirty because they are hard to dust. Since it is a small space, it might make more sense to get rid of some of the extras like the throw pillows, plants, large baskets, large lamps, etc.

The whole place seems relatively new and is very clean. They have used their small space efficiently. The room is cozy, clean, and easy to heat/cool. The wifi was great.
