I booked the hotel with breakfast included, but there was a bit of confusion at the restaurant with breakfast, which was embarrassing. The hotel needs to provide clarification with guests when breakfast is booked into your stay. At one point, we were told we could only have breakfast for one morning mind you we booked for 3 nights and also only one entrée per person anything additional you will be charged at check out.The hotel manager and the restaurant manager worked through our issues seamlessly two beautiful human beings. Another hidden fee, at check out, the lady at the front desk charges me for gratuity plus tax. Which are hidden charges at check out? Customers aren't told about this. So, if you tip your waitress and hotel maids at the time of service that we did, the hotel will double charge for gratuity and add tax to the charge. I've never heard of this and have to do some research on this methodology. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The location is very exciting with lots of activities the hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

We had booked a room with a terrace. However at the time we were staying, there was maintenance being completed on the roof of the building. There was scaffolding set up right in front of our room which blocked the view of Brooklyn bridge entirely from our rooms window and half of the view from our terrace. The reason we booked the terrace room was so we could have a full view of Brooklyn bridge. I understand that maintenance needs to be completed, but it would have been nice to be informed of this before we checked in or had some kind of compensation. Other than that it was great.

The location AMAZING for the seaport area. Very different experience to the midtown Times Sq experience. The staff at this hotel were all amazing, Especially Chris who was so helpful. Reception staff really friendly and helpful and helped with a luggage delay problem we had, which we were so grateful for. The softest pillows, i just didn't want to get out of bed.

The Urban Cove restaurant offered a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, though the service was slow even when the dining room was nearly empty. The menu felt a bit unusual and not the most universally appealing - perhaps more tailored to gourmets, but of course, that’s a matter of personal taste. Given the restaurant’s drink offerings, it would be lovely to see some tapas-style sharing plates on the menu - dishes that pair well with wine or cocktails and help create a relaxed, social evening with a view of the city.

An excellent hotel with a stunning view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We had a room with windows facing directly toward the bridge. Next time, I’ll definitely choose a room with a terrace to enjoy sunset outdoors with a glass of wine and beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. From the very first moments, we felt genuine care everyone from the front desk to the bellboy created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was top-notch: polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The service reminded us of the best European hotels something thats rare to find these days. Housekeeping was daily and of very high quality. It’s a great feeling when you know people truly care about your comfort.

No one helped or tried to help when I arrived at the hotel at night with my bags ( I had a couple of them!) Same thing when I checked out in the morning, I had many bags, and I even asked for help, but no one there !!? I don't usually expect the hotel to help with my bags, but I expect the professional and curtesy when you see a customer struggling with pushing his bags.

It was a truly special stay for us – the staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful. They really managed to fulfill all our wishes. We were given a beautiful room with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge – such a treat! The bathroom was spacious and full of light, and overall the rooms are quite large for New York standards. Even with our four suitcases, we had plenty of space. We had never stayed in the Seaport area before, and we absolutely loved it – you’re quickly over the bridge in Dumbo, but also just a short walk away from so many great neighborhoods in Manhattan. And right outside the hotel, you’ll find amazing restaurants as well. The hotel has a lot of charm thanks to its interior design and furnishings – there’s a subtle nautical feel to it, which adds to its character. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel.
