Pool water was cold , shower pipes made to much noise when using it,bed to small and uncomfortable.

buildings are a little run down drapes really need replacing ripped up in spots and some of the bath fixtures need an upgrade too. Would have been nice to know ahead of time room was upstairs and ice machine was out of order too ugh.

Tv in extra room did not work, toilet handle was ready to fall off, fridge was on milk carton and fell backwards when you tried to open, parking was very tight and limited

The carpet was terrible, spots everywhere like someone had spilled something on the carpet and no cleaned it up and there was no container to put water in to fill the coffee pot. The handles on the windows would fall off every time you tried to open or close the windows. No phone phone in the room. Not enough coffee or coffee cups. They had internet but they didn't give us a password. Amoung other things.

The best part of staying at the seahorse was the ocean view.

There was roofing interrupting our view. I had to go to the office to get fresh towels no one came in and cleaned our room.

The back bedroom walls were covered in dust and it plugged my nose so bad I couldn't sleep. Room was supposed to be ready at 4 and wasn't ready until 7. No discount given for that. When you pay $203 for a room at the ocean with a view you expect to have the time you paid for. Stayed once before new management and it was even worse. Feel like I should have been credited $30 at least due to not getting what I paid for.

Liked cottage except when booked it said it had an ocean view. You barely could see the ocean and should be listed as barely can see ocean.

1st off our room was suppose to be done by 3oclock i ask for this on line ,n it was approved.It wasn't then when i change the room to ocean view ,she said it wasn't clean yet but should be soon, so we drove to other part of the motel area n park, waited n waited ,.They should check on there employees to see if there even working .most were just smoking ,talkin on the cell phone n doing nothing ,finally we got in ,after 45minutes.The room floor wasn't even swept well so Daughter ask for it to re done next day.Who ever came in still didn't do it so we found a broom n did it ourself .plus they made the bed nicer then the day we came .I would had thought they take the dirty towels out since we took showers the night we came in and they didn't .Would i come back here again for 338.00 for 2 nights ? NO.

I wanted a view of the ocean .Which i didn't have .So i figure i could get for the cost of how much i paid on line since it was cheaper on the site on line ,but that wasn't the case I had to pay extra 33.58 more for 2nite .I like there hot tub n pool.Our room was close to it .We got bottom floor no stairs that was a plus for me .

When I got there they had a sign in the window stating the pool and hot tub were closed. I had booked the room the day before. Nothing was said about that even though it had been closed for a few days. Traveling with me was my 11 year old grandson who has autism. Not just a little. Not just Asperger's. He is extremely affected by his autism. He was the whole point of my trip. He is t able to verbalize all of his needs but he had been asking to go to the"I ocean house" for weeks. One of the main draws for him is the pool. He requires a lot of physical activity. He is not able to judge safety issues. The beach is great but difficult as he can not understand the potential dangers and tries to go deeper and further and further into the ocean.he is bigger that I abdcits difficult to keep him safe. So our actual beach time is always quite limited. The pool a d hot tub make it all manageable. He is able to have fun and stay safe and calm. The front desk told me the pool had inky been out of order a few days. I booked the previous day. I was told I could access the public pool at the parks and rec center. The public pool several blocks away. He is not able to do that because of all of the other swimmers and the music etc at public pools. There was nothing in their advertising. There was nothing in my confirmation. Nothing to warn me. There was no offer if any kind if refund or credit for when the pool was fuxed. Itaxe things very difficult a d quite disappointing for my grandson. He is not able to manage his emotions well avdcus at risk for elopement. We did have some fun. But it was outweighed by the pool problem. The cabin was no as clean. Asir should have been . She in the shower cobwebs in all of the corners of the walls. That stuff is minor. I have cleaned horsjs for a living right there in Lincoln City. It's hard to get things perfect. That I could have overlooked. The rooms are on bad need of repairs throughout. Ut the price is affordabke.

Room was outdated except for the little kitchenette. The couch was filthy as well as the carpet. There was clear sticky stuff on the nightstands in both rooms. Maybe clear pop spilled? Other guests food left in the mini fridge. Toilet barely worked, had to jiggle the handle alot to get it to flush. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen just shampoo and lotion. Window Blinds cracked and broken. No screen in one window. I took clorox wipes and cleaned the room. Took about 15 minutes. So plan on doing that for sure. Such great potential with this hotel and the location but it's sadly worn and housekeeping is lacking. I've never stayed in a dirtier hotel than this one and we travel alot and aren't that picky.

You are really paying for the location. The view from our room was gorgeous!!!! Tide pools right down the beach within walking distance. Also there was an elevator. Front desk staff was great. The little kitchenette was handy. They had a nice standing fan that kept the room cool.

They put me in the original part of the hotel. The floors are worn, molding is bad, windows are old and they had a long PVC pipe to put in the track of the windows to secure them so they cannot open. They couldn't lock. Furniture is quite old. After that being said, the room was clean as it could be.

The View is exceptional. Perched on a cliff, you can see a long way out in the ocean and up and down the beach.

Carpet was stained, the window handles were broken, and the pool was closed during our whole stay which was a bummer for our kids. It was supposed to be open. I feel like we should have received some reimbursement for that. The parking was also extremely limited.

Location was great, view from our room was awesome. Room seemed mostly clean. I appreciated the elevator due to my broken foot.

A bit outdated and carpets are stained, but I think for the price, we can’t complain. Pillows were flat. Our neighbors dog barked the entire time we were there which was a bit annoying and their smoke alarm woke us up from them cooking bacon so we grabbed some clothes and our dog and ran outside to be told it was breakfast burning. Never any ice in the ice machine. Otherwise, staff was extremely friendly and the view from our room and the price we paid was great.

How many guests smoked in parking lot and the stink filled the staircase. Room, especially the carpet needs a remodel. I can tell they are trying to make changes.

Balcony view and room was quiet at night. We left slider door open to listen to the waves. Staff was attentive and always available.

We paid for an ocean view but their windows fogged up and we couldn't see much of anything. My mother was very disappointed. That's the only way she can see the ocean waves at this point in her life.
