It was dirty. The toilet had an orange rim inside as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. It was very disgusting.

The shower would turn on randomly during our stay, we found dried laundered blood on the bedsheets, no tissues, no paper towels, no shampoo, the main bedroom light kept flickering and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The proximity to the beach was nice.

The communication for checkin was severely delayed and with no one on the property we almost left to find other accommodations, as did 3 other guests. And although there were dishes provided, there was a used sponge and no dish soap, even though we sent a message in the app and were told one would be dropped off, it never was.

The interior was newly renovated and included a small kitchenette area, very close access to the beach, with beach towels and chairs provided.

There was no microwave! This made shopping and daily food options limited to heating stove top. Could buy no frozen food to heat up . And no way to heat up carry out. It was obvious since there was no outlet to plug one in or place it might have been, that the room never had one. It appeared to be the original set up….if one was offered, no plug outlet nearby for it. When manager was told about it she blamed it on the last guests saying they must have stolen it and didn’t take responsibility. (In the contract I noted microwave is not listed.) I honestly didn’t believe her. ) There was only minimal cookware for stove. Maybe 1 pot and 1 pan making cooking not a good option. Basics such as S&P should be there too. I was not offered any reduction on my bill. The courtyard and surrounding areas looked abandoned. Big broken ground hammock looked like it had been that way forever. Also Construction supplies and parts and pieces of old material piled up near driveway… again looking untouched weather worn. No care for grounds. Also beach chairs and umbrellas promised but no sign of them anywhere. (Laundry Room had one broken one without a pole I took and used to block sun, but other guests had none either. That was a huge disappointment not to have a low beach chair to carry.) I might go back, but my expectations are very low. It would be hard for a family to stay there .

The hole apartment was covered with some kind of withe dust, one glas was very dirty!

The location is amazing close to the sea. The interior of the bungalow is very nice an unique! The beds were very comfortable.

Based on the booking online and stuff I it sounded like we were going to be right on the beach. There was a short probably 5 min walk to the beach that wasn’t terrible. The room was super cute and so was the property but there was no where for trash in the room. We decided just to pack our trash with us and figure it out later. Other than that it was a decent night spent.

We loved the location. We loved the decor. Very well put together. It was clean. Comfy beds. With that said, there is no option to reach staff. Our hot water wouldn’t work in the shower. We didn’t have the trundle underneath our bed that we were told would be there. We were given two towels and no wash cloths (for a 2 night stay for 4 people). We reached out via phone, text, message on this app, and also walked to the front desk. We were never able to reach anyone. For these reasons, I would not recommend this place.

They have tried to update the place and make it cozy. It is located in a great location. Nice To have a decent size refrigerator and a small stove to use. Very cute and decorated well. South FL vibe. Very quiet place!

I made a reservation for a double queen room. **It specifically said on my booking 2 queen beds When we arrived, there was one 1 queen bed. It was after 8 pm when we arrived & there was no one on staff. I reached out via text & voicemail & did not hear back until the next day. I happen to notice a trundle bed under the queen bed. We had to rearrange furniture to slide it out, and there weren't any linens for the bed. There were no washcloths and no soap to wash dishes.

The bungalow was neatly appointed.

Kids were disappointed the hammock was broken. We had 2 towels in our room upon arrival, but booking stated we had 4 guests (I suggest you give more towels). I’d personally prefer a microwave as opposed to a toaster over. It’s just more convenient. Both would be ideal. We couldn’t use the toaster oven to heat up our leftover food because we didn’t have any foil. We could have used the microwave had there been one. Also, I recommend stocking more blankets in the room. We had four guests and had to use the trundle bed, but weren’t given any extra comforters or blankets for that bed.

Location was great. Quick walk to the beach. Beach was clean and beautiful. The room was Very clean. Bed was comfortable. I’d stay again.

No towels or paper towels in kitchen. No dish soap to wash dishes. Could use more towels in bathroom. I had to reach out to Booking to get a response an hour before check in with our room number and contact-less code. There is no onsite office. There was a clump of hair in the shower.

The exterior of the building and grounds needed more attention.

The location was great. A short walk to a beautiful beach. The room was clean and newly updated. There were a varity of great restaurants less than 15 minutes away.

The floors were laminate, which were clean, but there was a rug around the bed and table that was not clean. It had dog hair, dry wall pieces, and grit. If you walked on it with bare feet, everything was sticky to your feet, so that part was gross. There isn't a front desk to go to and when I contacted room service via the cell, they left a vaccum outside the door while we were at the beach, but you couldn't even use it because the cord was only 2 ft long.

Bed were extremely comfortable. Everything has been remodeled in our room, which was nice, super close to the beach.

There are no outside showers, so when u come back from the beach, u bring that sand in. There aren't enough lights. At night, it's a fairly secluded place & if the patio lights aren't on, it's super dark and eerie. There needs to be more trash cans in the surrounding areas , so we can help keep it clean.

My first time there. Loved the location. Room were nice and clean. Did have a bit of old smell, but brought my own air freshener. Decorations super cute. Gives it a very nice feel. You can sit outside in ur patio and relax.

Their answering system could be bilingual and answered considering they don't have an office, was unable to get in touch with anyone regarding questions and never got a call back. There was mention of $25 dollar fee for chairs and beach towels which should only be applied if used! (That being said, I did not see the fee charged to my bill).

Very cute kitschy little motel. Excellent location to beach and dining or conveniences. It is in the process of a remod and has potential to be very great if they pay attention to details.
