Limited cleansing for a family of 4 staying a week. We found mold in the ambient which are due to room layout with bath in the middle with kitchen and limited air escape. Reception staff was great, but can’t tell the same from security who never know anything. Elevators take too long and limited cleansing on the lobby.

The elevators were slow and shaking/ mad a lot of noise as if they make get stuck. During check-out we were rushed and they had someone standing at the front door of our room watching us even though we called to the front desk to let them know that I was breastfeeding my 8 month old baby. Even with them knowing that they called the room 2 or 3 times and had someone posted outside our room

The fact that my children had so many options of pools, that the property was very kid friendly

How to get to rooms were a little confusing & i didn't like how you had to park across the street in a not locked/gated garage.

It’s very open anyone I witnessed people who is not a guest at hotel just come in and out as they please ! Needs more safety! Also u only get housekeeping after you have been there 4 days

We stayed in the tower with a beach view, with so many pools in the space it seemed crazy at times and the floors were very wet, as expected, you needed to be careful not to slip on the wet floors going to the elevator. Elevators were a bit slow; we used the steps as much as possible. We were located on the 5th floor, not as bad a wait for an elevator unless you were on a higher floor. The bathroom had great water pressure, there was a lot of dust build up in the vent fan, but when in fan was in use it worked better than other hotels I stayed in.

The room was good. My room had a full size frig and cooktop, that was a plus. Didn't cook. I enjoyed the small 4-cup coffee maker in the room. I did contact the desk or assistance via text message, and they were responsive.

Wished there was room service and more regular cleanings. I stayed for 5 days. Would have been nice to have a mid-week refill on towels and coffee and stuff.

Very convenient and close to boardwalk and the beach. Resort facilities are great. Staff members are friendly.
