Work on the old water smell

Great location! Very nice for the price. The room did have a old water smell but nothing a few plugins couldn’t take care of! I would definitely return!

The people upstairs were pretty noisy we could hear the footsteps and banging but nothing horrible something you would expect being on the first floor.

I liked how the property was very close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and I would say it was clean. I didn’t think the carpet was gross to walk on barefoot or noticeable smell in the air. We had a pool view room and the pool closes at 8pm so nice because then you won’t hear people at that hour.

The hotel needs some maintenance done. Doors don't open and shut correctly from humidity. 4 adults in room and housekeeping only left 2 clean towels, 2 coffee cups, etc... Even took the extra clean towels that we asked for.

We were not contacted when our rooms were ready after check-in. The bedding in 1 room was not clean, we were not given enough towels for either of our 2 rooms, the sink in our room drained very slowly, the carpet felt moist, table was sticky, and furniture in the room made it feel very cramped. Found a bandaid on the pool deck area that was there for at least 2 days, and the parking and main office was a little confusing.

Replace your carpets. Don’t allow smoking, vaping or weed on the walkways-create a space NOT oceanfront or near the pool for those things. Weed smells were very strong. Add music channels to your TV stations.

Lots of weed being smoked on the walkways (we know recreational use is legal in OCMD). Also cigarettes being smoked on walkways too. The 2 rooms next to us (in non-smoking room) had smokers and a vaper who did both on the walkways too-which is also our outside seating since the photos made it appear there were individual balconies-but they aren’t. Carpets need to be replaced as they are very old & nasty-time for LVP flooring for the sake of ease of cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Lights outside door while nice are way too bright at night as they shine around the curtains like it’s daylight. (See photos) TV channels that came in worked well…hoped for some music stations but they didn’t work. Fridge & microwave were both great-only improvement would be small freezer to refreeze ice packs when traveling. Tram wasn’t running-not your fault-which is what makes your location perfect when it is running. Hope they get it figured out soon. Staff was friendly & very hard working.

Updated. The Ocean front blinds are horrible. We had to rig them for them to stay up to enjoy the race view. Outlets needed covers, TV staticky, and the little frig was leaking water of some type and made the floor wet. Other then that, beds very comfortable and clean. Shower was fine.

The carpet is very stained and some soft spots in floor. Time to replace and go with the new standard for hotel rooms, linoleum that looks like hardwood. Cheap and easy to clean. No hairdryer or coffee maker in the room. Beds were not super comfortable. Only one chair in a room for 4. Brought outside chair in to table.

Will stay again. Great last minute rate!! Location. Parking. Clean room. Friendly staff. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled and were clean. Microwave, fridge and even heat/ac filter was clean. Clean sheets.

The Thursday night football game was broadcast in Spanish only.

when booking I thought it had an elevator to go to the third floor for us elderly people it was more than difficult. Also it was hard to express wishes as staff did not speak english
