Wonderful experience! Super close to the beach and Meg made my 30th birthday trip extra special. She really made us feel at home. The beds are really cozy and everything was so clean. Meg is absolutely fantastic and we will definietly stay here again.

Amazing place, had such a great time staying there and the manager Megan was the absolute nicest person you’ll ever meet. A must stay if your coming to Vero Beach and want a real Floridian beach holiday!

Just to be clear: it’s a vintage building and this means unit AC’s (that as a native lull me to sleep so I like them), and bathrooms that take me back to my youth: brown or green tile and small.

I’ve stayed her a few times in the last couple years and come back because of the lady who manages it is a sweet lovely woman who really tries to make you feel happy, the location is great and it’s really well priced. I love South Beach (I think the prettiest around and much better than the beach in town). I like being in a neighborhood of quiet condos and yet just a couple minutes from town. The hotel is vintage but updated and charming. Nice pool, upper deck to sit. Rooms are good size and all have little kitchenettes.

It’s an older building and although updated and very cute I’d love a slightly bigger bathroom. But the staff and location and value outweigh any minor issues.

The staff is always great, kind and accommodating! The location is great: quiet as it’s in a neighborhood of condos and houses, but minutes to town by either bike or car, and right across from South Beach entrance-I think the prettiest stretch of beach there-where you can either walk a few feet to be alone or even if you don’t it’s not crazy busy. The rooms are always very clean and pleasant, roomy with a kitchenette and table to sit at. But really I go back because it’s vintage cute, the lady who manages it is so sweet making you always feel at home and the location is perfect.

Loved everything Exceptional

Location was amazing. Beach was right there 2 minute walk. Location was quiet and friendly. Staff treated us like family. Room was cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Had to drive 5 minutes to great restaurants, but I loved being near the quiet part of the beach. Will stay there again.

We loved everything!

Meg is amazing and the facilities are great! It was perfect to have a full separate kitchen/living room with our 3 month baby. It is super close to the beach and has free beach chair/umbrella/towels. Also Meg was flexible on the checkout. We loved how chill and quiet it was.

All the reviews about Meg are 100% true! She is the BEST! From the moment you walk through the front doors. My daughter and I stayed one night and wish it was for at least two. The beach is 4-5 mins away and even walked to dinner. Meg suggested we visit Dario Italian everything was very authentic and fresh. I can’t wait to visit Seaspray again what a hidden gem.

We are repeat customers. The property has spacious suites including a kitchen and living room. It has a fun funky 1950s vibe. It's not for everyone but the value for the money and the location near the beach are unbeatable. Meg, the manager, is always welcoming and provides exceptional service.

This spot is super cute and in a great location. Meg really makes the stay amazing. She is super helpful, always making sure you have everything you need. She even introduced us to her squirrel and bird friends who wait for her in the mornings and left us peanuts to feed them as well. The beach was great and we loved using the backpack style beach chairs with cooler zipper pockets that we could borrow from the lodge. Made it super easy to have a nice afternoon on the beach.
