It was a little musty. The rooms could use new paint.

The air conditioner was set to auto and couldn't be changed. It went off and on all night.

The staff were wonderful. The location was a block and a half from the beach and amusements. There were plenty of nice restaurants and bars. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Small pool on site.

They didn’t have a housekeeper and when we had toilet issues they had us plunge our own toilet which isn’t issue if home but paying for room.

The location is great allows you to walk to beach and boardwalk. The people Who work there were nice and friendly.

Was a little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but there wasn’t much closer in regards to hotels. One of the box spring covers was very dirty looking but the receptionist told me it was from peoples shoes which made sense . The room didn’t have any outlets right by the beds which wasn’t a major thing but odd in this day and time.

A child was able to join us at last minute. 50 extra per night to park there and join us in same room feels excessive.

Room was as expected. Appreciate the fact that there is an elevator.

The elevator did not work and it wasn't what we thought it was going to be we thought he's going to have a jacuzzi in our room we did not but everything else was good

I truly can't think of anything negative to say!

This is the third motel of this type we've tried in Seaside Heights. We liked all three, but I think Sea Palace edged out the other two. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. When we first checked in we had an issue with the magnetic door lock in the room. They had maintenance on site within ten minutes, and a new lock assembly installed within the next five. We've stayed at much more "luxurious" hotels where something like that would have taken hours (if it got fixed at all.) It was also the quietest of the three motels we've tried....no late-night parties or teenagers running back and forth. i would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for the great stay!!

Only one thing that was we were not used to was the style of through the wall air conditioning system. It's worked great. However was a little noisy.

Overall experience was great. Liked the location from boardwalk. Room was nice size. Clean and beds comfortable. Employees were very helpful specially Tommy.

I didn't like that I had to pay an extra $25 a night per child (x3) for them to sleep there. The room should be a flat rate regardless of the occupants. If it sleeps 7 then there shouldn't be an extra charge if we are under the number of occupants and kids shouldn't count regardless.

When we arrived in the room it smelled very clean and everything felt comfortable. Not always the case when you visit a beach motel, so that was very welcoming. I also liked how close this hotel is the bridge out of Seaside and in walking distance of the boardwalk. Perfect location.

The only thing I wish they had a couple more chairs for eating.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating . Just a quick walk to beach and boardwalk. I like to thank Jenna for her help with the housekeeping, very friendly, also a shout out to motel desk all three of the gentleman were friendly and welcoming.
