The Staff was hard to get a hold of at check in and check out. We had to call and no one was ever in the office.

The office was always closed. You have to call them if needed. The sink drain had a leak reported it water all over floor. Never fixed it. Toilet seat was completely off the bowl they waited until the next day second day to fix it, no wash rags,waited till next to to provide them. Upon arrival dirty towels sheets piled up outside our room they didn't collect them until 2nd day. Room needs renovation. We saw a nice room on 1st floor that was updated. We were disappointed with the staff. Yeah, they fixed the toilet but they seemed aggravated and annoyed that we reported it to them. Their cleaning crew never took notice of this? Hhmm...

Convenient location, balcony,lighting was good. One soft mattress one firm mattress. Water pressure was good.

The room had no closet or hook to hang clothes or towels. The air conditioner was very old and did not work properly so the room was very hot. The bathroom area was very tiny hard to navigate and the shower was broken. The hot water handle fell off in my hand. it was outdated and not the cleanest ! It was not what I expected for the amount of money I paid!!

The location was great close to the beach, the pool was a nice touch it was not the cleanest pool however.

Parking was minimal and 2nd lot was 1/2 block away. They did not supply beach badges.

A good location and pool was big. Room was clean and Air conditioner worked well. Right down the block from cheesesteak Louie's and across the street from Klees.

The pillows were small, flat, and uncomfortable; however, this time I did not bring my own pillow and blankets, so I cannot entirely fault them. I wish there were more towels available.

Breakfast vouchers were excellent. The AC was very cold, which I love. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower water temperature was hot. Also, free parking and WIFI were awesome.

For the price the charge they should upgrade the beds and sofa bed.

The pool hour’s didn’t get to go when I came back it was closed at 8:00 and check in wasn’t till 5:00 sucked booked it and didn’t get to go in the pool . When we got there it was full so we went to the boardwalk first. Then it closed by 8:00

Needs some updating, loose tiles in the bathroom, needs some bleach on the towels/bedding.

The bathrooms and rooms need a bit of updating. Blankets were not provided for both beds. Linens could be newer and look cleaner

The room was very dirty. There were food stains on the walls, some different unknown stains in the bathroom, and a tube of chap stick on the floor. We did not have any washcloths in the room, and when we got back from a cruise, we asked for washcloths. The staff told us that the office closed at 10 pm.. and when we were checking out at 10 a.m., the office was still closed.. the beds were so old you sank into them and they made so much noise.

I staff was nice, the fridge worked well.

The air conditioner wasn't great and had black mold in it. I would definitely call ahead and make sure that was replaced before returning.

I liked Eric at the front desk. He was very helpful in switching days to the following day, when the day we were supposed to come, it rained. Also, let us check in early when we got there. I like the location, and that it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities (full-size fridge, futon, chairs, kitchen, and table). Family liked the pool, too! Free breakfast.

The bed was very very lumpy. Like in any motel, you'll see some cosmetic stuff, mixed match furniture, but overall it was indecent shape

You could tell they take pride in their appearance. Staff was stupid friendly and helpful. I like that they made an effort with getting you coupons for a Continental breakfast across the street. You don't see motels do that. Lots of channels on the TV, free Wi-Fi. When you go to a motel expect just that. You're not staying at a five-star four seasons. Staff was very accommodating, the room size was nice we had the two bedroom apartment, it had lots of room and full kitchen which we didn't use as we only stayed one night.

The staff wasn’t pleasant nobody at the office had to wait just to check out wasn’t very clean didn’t give us garbage bags just not very good stay wasn’t happy at all
