How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The door to the room was very loose, I could see daylight from the outside when the door was closed. Gaps between the door and door frame. It was obvious that the room had been broken into before. Anyone could have used a butter knife or screwdriver to push the door mechanism in and open the door at any time while locked. I used the deadbolt on the door and also pushed the heavy chair in front of the door for safety. Im 65 and retired law enforcement. Brought my gun into the room for safety. That should tell you how loose the door was on the frame. Room 144 or 214. NOt sure of the number but was a corner room .
Room was clean, everything I needed for the stay. Outside was well lit. Parking was easy.

The rooms could use a little more of an upgrade. They're not "bad" but they could use some professional painting, etc. The mattress was too hard for my partner but I like hard mattresses.
The staff was great - the gentleman at check in as well as the young lady on our way out. The hotel is in a perfect spot - close to gas stations, grocery stores & restaurants. Also, the water pressure is amazing in the shower!!!

What I really liked about the property was how exceptionally clean and well-kept everything was. The room was spotless with great attention to detail, and everything felt fresh and inviting. The overall atmosphere was very nice and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. It felt safe, quiet, and welcoming, exactly what you hope for in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay.

They said they had a spot for dogs and that wasn't true cause it's in the middle of industrial spot. Walls and ceilings were cracking! No cups for the sink at all. Carpenters was dirty as can be! Big stain on the mattress, no coffee pot at all. Electrical cover was broke...... not safe for kids/pets. "Blanket" was thin as can be.
I did like the location from the Interstate. I also like the front desk assistance. The lady was helpful and friendly.

We could not find this place as it is not marked well. I tried to call several times to ask for directions and each time it would ring and ring ,,someone would pick the phone up and hang up,,, after a half hour of this we went to another hotel.

The front desk took it upon himself to charge my debit an extra $50 dollars without telling me. He insisted that there were 3 people in my room when there was not. I booked the room for my cousin and her friend. When asked at first they were vague in their explanation but told me 1st shift would let me know. When I made the phone call to inquire about the charge the front desk clerk was rude and would not let me say a word. Though he gave me money back I was feeling insulted and a liar. I have booked rooms there before and was treated much better. The room was also subpar. It was a Queen room that was once a double Queen, they simply removed the other bed. The furnishings were antique looking that didn't match the sad decor. I'll never stay there again. If my deposit does not return to my account in 5 business days I'm going up to the property personally. They did what amounts to stealing.

The photo was not a good representation of the hotel. The building was very tired looking and not really maintained( paint all over vanity and knobs,carpet felt greasy and you can see light around the door)
