Toilet leaked around bottom Blood, shit and puke all over the toilet seat underneath, and around the bottom of toilet...when I asked for cleaning supplies he came in and only cleaned the seat not the bottom. Hole in the wall and spackle all over the walls ( which was there a couple months ago when our family had the same room) Hair in the shower drain TV settings were off and only showed 2/3 of the show on the screen No table to eat on ( our family in the other handicap room on the same night had 2 tables)

there is no sign to identify the Motel it needs updating on the outside and if I had known how it looked on the outside probably would have looked elsewhere and even made my husband check the room before going in!!

Some of the other guests were questionable, but all in all, the stay was perfect for the reason we booked it.

The price for a quick overnight place to sleep, the king size bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean and renovated, and the antique tree out front.

Signage was confusing. Our on-line registration said the name of hotel was The Scottish Inn, so that is what we navigated to. however, upon arrival, there where two names visible on the sign. Inside the room was OK. Nothing special. Everything worked. However the door was an issue. The dead bolt would not engage in the jam at all. Then the safety chain was not attached properly to the door. It had been previously pulled out as well. We did not feel safe that night.

The location was excellent. Very close to the historic district, restaurants, and fort.

King size bed was damaged and made loud banging nosis while trying sleep no real customer services office lock all the time even after ringing doorbell nobody showed up. Greeted by a very unfriendly man at front door when we arrived for our stay in all most of the staff not friendly cleaning of room was fair floors can use a good mopping

Rooms could use more lighting. A/C kept things cool, but left a bit of humidity. Furniture could use updating, and maybe needs a bit of decoration to liven up the room.

Owners were friendly. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms. Location was perfect for our needs. Great food options close by, and a short walk to shopping and the downtown area.

the pillows were so hard that I was not able to sleep. Realizing this location is motel, for a rate of $150 plus one would expect soap thicker than 1/8th of an inch and actually lather up when used. There was no individual shampoo and conditioner, but rather two packets of combined shampoo/conditioner. Definately no frills experience.

There was no sign on the building to show where the hotel was. There wasn't any trash cans in the room. Our TV remote wouldn't turn the TV on/off or adjust the volume.
