Took 1/2 hour to check in. Too long. Breakfast included: coffee was made, but no cups to drink it with. Took a bagel that was inedible.

Breakfast (9 - 11:30) was lacking as they had run out of bagels and were waiting on a new shipment. So the only option was instant oatmeal, juice and coffee or hot chocolate. There was a bright light immediately outside our room and the blinds weren't adequate to block out the light so it felt like sleeping with a light on all night. The hot water heater barely warmed up so our shower was luke warm.

Check in was easy and staff was very pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Noisy. Must have very thin walls! House next door had very loud music all night long and you could hear every one talking up stairs. Wifi had poor signal.

The facile was clean. Cleaning staff on top of there game however the property itself need a little TLC. Exterior and interior a bit worn for wear and needs a bit of painting and attention to detail.

I loved that it was close to the beach and in a relatively quiet of Ft Lauderdale.

Shower drained slowly (Manager said he will address it) When making reservations, don't spend extra to include breakfast. All the bulbs had high illumination but I wish the desk lamp had a little less. Window coverings seem inadequate for privacy or to block the morning sunrise. Floor could use a mop once in a while.

Three chairs where most motels have only one. Comfortable mattress. Water flow in the shower. There was a refrigerator & microwave. No carpeting. Floor was swept. Air conditioner was easy to operate with the remote, though markings on conditioner itself were worn off.

Accomodation did not recieved my contact form Booking which made the comunication more complicated (due to late arrival).

Despite the limited opening hours of reception, the late arrival was no problem. Location close to the beach is great.

The only complaint would be that the towels had a smell of mildew, probably due to the moist climate.

Due to traffic and rental car issues, we arrived 2 hours later than planned. Since reception was closed at 6:00pm, the front desk personnel, Lamar, was so accommodating and organised a “self check-in” just for us. In the room, he had organised all the forms to be filled and asked that it be submitted the following morning. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we could check in successfully. He was attentive and detailed. The room itself was simple and spacious and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The decor was quaint and homey. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet at night. We didn’t use the pool so no opinions there, though it looked like it was very sunny and peaceful.

Work hours is only 9-5 so if you check in after is a struggle to get the keys etc…. Also they offer complimentary breakfast but is only after 9 am

In one of the two small carparks there appeared to be two abandoned vehicles which created an unsettling feeling on arrival. Hairdryer didn't work.

The pool was heated the location was great and when we asked Lamar where to go eat he told us to go into town and gave directions. It was also very quiet !!!!

I couldn’t find the way to get in to the hotel to park last night because the road at the hotel property was block. The parking lot was small, not enough room for me to park in the parking lot. I had to park on the road by curb side near the property
