Bathroom tub surround needs updating and bath door. Bath sink needs updating. Need a microwave. General maintenance needs improvement.

The location: right by the Rail Yard District. They also have a shuttle to the Plaza. It was clean. Check-in and -out were easy.

The pictures online are deceiving because the rooms don’t look as pictured. The floors, despite being assigned a pet friendly room were not very clean at all. To add more to the ordeal, I looked down one day to find a bug on the ground. After managing to throw it outside I was able to determine it was a cockroach and man did that make me feel uneasy. The place was not noisy until the morning time when you can hear the people upstairs and the sounds of a cracking floor. Breakfast was ok, it was free so I will take it. The back gate, although it was supposed to be accessed with your room key did not work and despite letting front desk know about it they said that maintenance would look into it but it was not fixed in the 2 days we were there. I find it interesting that the place is priding itself on being a resort but it is far from it. The cleanliness does not seem to be on their to priority.

The proximity to the railway area was great. I also liked there was a park nearby given that we brought our dog along this time.

The furniture (nightstand and table/desk) in the room needs replacing….they looked weather beaten or water damaged. The floors needs to be swept and mopped. The floor felt a little bubbled in some plots as if the tile was lifting. I didn’t like trash bags being left outside the next door rooms at the curbside. I requested to be switched from the first room we were assigned because the floors needs was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. There was a dried up dead cockroach beside the vanity on the floor. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so if the door was closed and a damp towel was left in there for a few hours, the bathroom had a damp musty smell.

I liked its location to The Plaza. The Registration building’s interior was tastefully decorated. The included breakfast was a plus. The pub was a nice place to grab a bite and drink.

At first glance, the room was cute, updated, modern. Potentially newly updated. However when looking closely, there was grime from the mop on the bottom of the dresser. Looked dirty. A little extra attention to detail in the cleaning could make a big difference.

Check in was quick and easy. A lot of parking. Parked right in front of our room. We requested a downstairs room and we got one. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Style and decor was cute and modern.

The housekeeping did not do a good job. There were leftover coffee grounds in the coffee maker & hair! Hair everywhere. There was hair all over the bedding and bathroom. And grit on the bedding. I don't believe this room was cleaned well between guests.

Pool was freezing. Room wasn’t as clean as I would expect. Rooms were small for a family of four.

The room smelled a bit stale and the windows were dirty. Everything was a little unkempt for the volume of business they do- like nobody cared. Need to invest in a real swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

Breakfast was fine- a little generic- mostly frozen food. Nothing special and not really any welcoming hospitality or warmth.

Price was good. Staff was hard to find at some times. Little restaurant was serviceable, wait staff good. Folks having fun in the evening, even live music. Room felt damp, carpet seemed old, dingy and musty. Room smelled yucky. Shower was meh. Shower curtain rod was installed too high on one side, causing the curtain to slide down and water to pool on the floor. Room was generally dingy. Linens seemed clean and fresh. One light over the bed was burned out.

The staff was accommodating. The room smelled of dog. Linens were nice, the room had been well cleaned. The finish out on the room was rough - not noticeable to most people. A small microwave would have been handy-maybe a smaller fridge to make room for a microwave? There is a microwave in the lobby. The location is exceptional. I was able to walk to everything I needed from this hotel. Pool was clean. The Paper Dosa was an unexpected delight. Saturday Farmer's Market is not to be missed.

Looks fancier online than it is in reality. It's basically a slightly upgraded motel. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable - I got a sore neck. Breakfast was mediocre. A lot of choices, but not very good (for example, hot food was cold, no plain yogurt was available, bagels were stale or sticky, etc.). The pool was too tiny to swim in.

The location was great - about 20 minute walk to the Plaza area and just steps from the railroad park and farmer's and artisan markets that are held there on the weekends. The room was clean and it was nice to have a little gym.
