Smoking locations too close to balcony rooms. Smoke permeated our room. The a/c was temperamental if you didn’t keep it at 73 degrees it pumped heat out.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Modern/upgraded look. Bed was comfortable. Despite the amount of people present (we were there for a concert), the staff was efficient and friendly.

Noise from room above..heavy footsteps and toilet flush, dog barking in the hall. Had to pay for parking, rate could have been lower than $40.

The service in the restaurant/bar was terribly slow. After sitting for 45 minutes waiting for a server I asked a separate server to send our server over so we could order. When he came over he took the order, not overly friendly, and delivered the food without saying anything. Then we waited for the check and he never arrived so we left and the price was added to our room, which was fine.

Didn’t get breakfast. Liked the room and balcony.

Helpful and friendly staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, buffet). Great selection at the buffet! Great food at the restaurant! Walking distance to Levi’s Stadium, designated area for shared ride drivers. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Thought the price was a bit high for two nights, guessing it was higher due to concert at Levi Stadium.

Location was close to Levi Stadium. Room was comfortable, restaurants near property.

The food was very bad and expensive. Lunch and banquet food need lots of improvement. The luncheon roll was so hard that it was not edible. It was cold and hard as rock. My serving of chicken had burnt pieces. The banquet meal was no better. .I almost choked on a piece of bone from the salmon served on my plate. In short I could not eat any of the food served for the luncheon or the banquet. The Sunday breakfast was much better except for the hard, unripe and sour pieces of fruits. I provided myself with sliced, deli roast chicken to replace the overcooked burnt bacon on my plate. The potatoes, pastries and scrambled eggs were excellent.

Shampoo dispenser in bathroom was broke upon checking in. TV had a difficult time connecting to dish.

Check in was horrible. They couldn’t find my reservation cause I couldn’t find my reservation. Finally told me it wasn’t on their end and needed to call booking.com. Very upsetting with help. I finally found my confirmation and I was there. It was pretty pricey and if it wasn’t so close to stadium I would not stay there.

We asked for adjoining rooms. The gave us rooms across from eachother which was a challenge since we were traveling with minors. Food service ends at 11:00 which sucks on event nights since they run late. One of the rooms smelled really bad like old cigars

The gate to get out of the parking lot failed to work every time we tried to leave. Also the cold water was like warm in the bath.

service at the bar and patio areas were slow. bar experience: stood at the bar for almost 5 mins and bartender did not come so i just went to my room. outdoor patio experience: first round of drinks took a long time to come to the table and appetizers were slow to deliver too. got a free order of fries to make up for the lag. in the room, room service left dirty pillow case on the desk and forgot to bring utensils with room service. had to request it afterwards.

i love the upgraded amenities and those shower doors are amazing.

Street noise coming into room. Staff was not sure on event time/location of things offered by hotel this weekend. Coffee bar empty at 8am. No hot tea at all

We had ants in the room bathroom and counter on desk but we cleaned most of them off.

I loved everything about this hotel . I highly recommend staying here again. Staff was very nice and helpful.
