My only problem is that there is no ac. It was warm at night even with the window open. Nicely they did provide a fan. Im glad I brought my own to with it.

It was a mile or so to the downtown area of Seaside. But there's a nice paved ocean-side path you can take to get there.

The unit is three stories high! You enter on the bottom floor, and then walk up to the main "living area" (a nicely furnished living room and full kitchen, and a half-bathroom with a sink). Above that is the bedroom level, with a good-sized and well-furnished bedroom, and a small second bedroom. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Out of control of the ownership, it’s an older building, and though in excellent condition, you can hear some of the neighbors if they aren’t as considerate. There was a neighbor showering during the 5 am hour, and unfortunately, I was up at 5 am too.

The staff/owners were beyond welcoming and accommodating! My dog and I made last minute reservations, they not only had a room ready, but they even gave Spaghetti, my pup, a gift bag for a comfy stay!

I guess the only thing that I didn’t care for was that it was very hot at night, but we brought our own fan and put it in the window and so that cooled it off a little.

We loved the theme of the room that we had. I believe it was called Silver stage? Not sure but it was super cute. We really liked the hospitality that we received. And we would like to stay there again when we get in that area. Told my family about it and they are also entertaining the idea when they happen to be over on the coast to stay in there. Thank you guys awesome

Really no complaints other than, even though the need probably doesn't arise alot due to the climate, air-conditioning option would be nice.

We were traveling through the area and just needed a one night stay. It was a welcome surprise that they still use real room keys. Although it made us wonder how good the facilities would be.... we were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Even though there was no air conditioning they do provide a fan for comfort.

The pillows were very thick. I folded up some clothes to have a thinner makeshift pillow that would not bend my neck when sleeping.

We can only comment about the room we stayed in. It was the "Sweet" room. It was better than expected. Four small rooms including a bathroom with a large spa with overhead shower. Perfect ! Also a nice kitchen area, very comfortable bedroom, and a very pleasant sitting/TV room. Staff was very helpful and offered good recommendations. Avery memorable stay in Seaside.

I visit Sandy Cove as often as possible! I have taken my daughter for her 16th birthday 18th birthday and then just recently July 2025 for her 20th birthday! This is our favorite place to stay. The staff / owners are just amazing... The sweetest people ever! If it were a bit less expensive I would stay more often.. It is in line with the other places right there by the beach... An absolutely not saying that they're not worth it but expensive for my wallet but always worry the experiences we have❤️ Thank you so much Cindy cove for another great stay!

Nothing major. Adding a glass top on the wicker table would make it more usable (playing cards etc) and perhaps an additional chair for the second person to sit down comfortably would be nice.

The Victorian Room on the second floor was perfect for us. Quiet, far enough from the street. Clean room with very comfortable bed. The stafff working here is friendly and professional. Cost is very reasonable compared to other nearby options. The beach to enjoy incredible sunsets is walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was some of the noise coming from the upstairs unit. However it wasn’t anything that kept me up at night. Everyone staying there seemed quiet and respectful.

I loved the location being close to the beach and centrally located to everything. I also loved the owners and staff. I was traveling with my daughter to Oregon for the first time and felt safe.
