We did not have a do not disturb sign for door. If extra linens were needed. We had to go and get them ourselves. Once we knew where to get them. It was no problem at all. We just were not informed of limited house keeping.

The room and was spacious and clean. It was quiet and relaxing. Definitely will stay again.

It was hair in the bed and on the floor that did not belong to either of us that stayed. Seem like it wasn’t vacuumed properly or the bedding wasn’t changed properly. Also there was no covers for the sofa bed and it had stains on it.

The room was not clean when we arrived. There was sand over the floor. There was rust all over the front of the stove, only one burner worked. Only one fork. There was rust in the freezer. The handle on the refrigerator was yellow and gross.

Got to the hotel when we were supposed to check in and had to wait 3 hours past our check in time to get an open room. Our refrigerator didn't work and wouldn't keep food cold. We reported this on our second day there when all our food had melted. We didn't get a replacement refrigerator until the day before we were leaving. We lost a lot of food that we had bought for the whole week.

The room was nice and spacious. The facilities were fairly clean.

Well we waited an hour checking in due to “loosing” my daughters room. Seen on the booking app that one of the bedrooms was supposed to have a bunk bed with full size bed in the room with bunk but that wasn’t true, so we had to go buy an air mattress to put 2 kids on. Sliding door handle was broken from master bedroom, tv barely worked had to call maintenance guy from other hotel to fix it, mold by the vent on the ceiling that was hazardous to our daughter’s health due to asthma.

The room was in need of an update. Our sliding glass door was off track so we could barely open or close it, one of the burners on the stove did not work, one of the outlets in the master bedroom did not work and the air conditioner leaked water on the floor.

Beautiful view, we were right on the beach. Very quiet area, great for families.

We had to go to a completely different building way down the beach to check in. The other issue is the billing has been dragging on and on. I do not like the way they process the payments.

Having to drive to another location to check in. Wobbly chairs at the table with 1 literally a potential hazard waiting for an accident the 2nd rooms tv turned on but couldn't get cable to work there is mold running along the top rubber seal of the freezer the door unlock cards wouldn't work after the 2nd day even when I called hotel operator and was informed to have the desk redo them they still didn't work . I'm only pointing it out because they are all things that can be fixed and it will not stop me from continuing to return there I believe these issues are not normal I hope

Not much of anything to dislike except there was a big hole in the wall in the kitchen when you walk in and the jets in the tub didn't work and the toilet kept getting stopped up. Neither remote would work properly but our stay was great. We will be booking for summer for sure.

I loved the location. My favorite thing was sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The room was nice.

The area around the property was under construction which didn’t really affect much. Bed was a little stiff, other than these “issues” everything was good.

the property needs to make clear on the process to check in. check in is at a different location and nothing was mentioned. this is and was a huge aggravation. the condo was rundown. for the price I could understand but there are scuff marks on the walls in the back bedroom, a divot out of the nightstand, a piece of old gum stuck to the bed post, the underside of the top bunk had rips in the liner. the hall bath someone replaced the minted hairdryer and left a big chunk of the wall ripped out in the same bathroom the wall had something spilled down the wall. carpet war out in front of sliding glass door both sliding glass doors in disrepair I wasn’t sure I could get the bedroom sliding glass door shut but I did. again for the price it was ok.

the layout and location are great. the balcony overlooking the beach fantastic. the price was great.

The overall trip was good. I would have liked additional chairs for the baloney, but we made do.

My sister and I were celebrating birthdays together with our husbands. 70 and 72 respectfully. We were really excited with having an ocean front unit.

No decent furniture on balcony. Was not as clean as expected. The kitchen was pure tee nasty with mold and mildew on cabinet shelves and layer of thick mold directly underneath the upturned glasses that you would be drinking from. Could not use any kitchen dishes nor cooking utensils. Plenty of forks and knives but only two teaspoons in kitchen. I feel the kitchen should be supplied with necessities for at least four guests. Pans were nasty and tarnished or moldy. Really could not tell which. In cabinet where trash can was stored was not completely constructed and had a loose power supply in it as well as mold and mildew. The staff had nothing else to offer us when called about problems.

The view was fantastic! The bed’s comfortable and the living area was great.
