The condos were outdated the lighting was out in a little rundown, but very clean and comfortable

Location was excellent walked right out to the beach. Our room was right on the beach. Parking was great. Didn’t have to fight traffic. We were just tucked away right on the beach. It was amazing.

Would have liked higher seating on porch for better views, railing got in the way of view on porch. Noise in upstairs unit on porch was very loud late into the night on my last night there when new renters moved in.

I was told I was going to be on the third floor when we got there we was on the frist floor. Plus the hot tub was under repair in which wasn't disclosure prior to booking or or before arrival. Last there was cock roaches in the kitchen. Other than that the location and overall stay was pleasant

toilets were slow to flush and when stopped up we had no plunger. the TV was mounted on the wall by the sliding glass door. could t see the TV if you were anywhere other than. the couch. should have had a swivel mount. also the curtains on every window was off the track which made it hard to open and close. you couldn't use the stick. you had to move the curtains to open and close them.

Pool was under construction, no staff on property, carpet on the balcony was soaking wet, kitchen light doesn't work.

I don't like to use the word dirty but the i had to buy throw covers for living chairs and bedroom chair. please up grade the toilets, to low to the floor for adults. 2nd bedrm can hold at least 1full and 1twin. king bed was great. I had to stack patio chairs together and place under the table the wind was a little gusty one night. not trying to be petty but after 30yrs in the hotel/hskpg business this is not where I would want to stay again unless it was upgraded.

To be honest, the property was great, but I do feel like it’s a little outdated, especially with The luggage carts!! I hated that it did not have a pool or a Jacuzzi, but I knew that going into it, which was not the end of the world, considering the beaches right behind you!! Also I believe if you have children, I think they should give you a ground level floor because we had a neighbor that was below us that obviously did not like footsteps whatsoever and I have a five-year-old that does like to walk around and play so for it to be a kid friendly area and place to stay I think they should accommodate just a little different when you have children!! Honestly had nothing to do with the property itself. It was just the neighbors wanted to go to bed at 7

The living room couch needs to be updated or cushions need to be washed due to it looking dirty. The rooms need a bigger TV. The patio chairs need to be updated and be a little higher to enjoy the view.

The location was great with a beautiful view. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The owners were very sweet and concerned with how everything was.

There wasn't anything we didn't not like. The one thing we would note would be if the chairs on the balcony could be a little taller so it would be easier to see over the railing at the beautiful view. Otherwise, we love staying here.

We loved being right on the beach with our balcony overlooking the ocean. Location was wonderful. We also loved the ease of being provided the access code to our unit. We had an issue with the TV but called and the person we spoke to helped us get the TV up and running. Was very nice and helpful. This was our 3rd time staying at the Sandpebble.
