I never saw any staff on site. Also, we couldn't walk around the room barefoot because the floors were disgusting. From the moment we got there, the floors had so much filth on them that couldn't just be dusted off. We had to scrub them

I thought the 3 rooms that we had were on the same floor when we booked them. The only problem was it was 2 were in the south building and 1 was in the north building.

lumpy king bed mattress. It needs a real bed platform to support the mattress and not an old box spring. Kitchen utensils were lacking; no cooking fork, ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and management was informed.

2 tiles were loose on dining room floor.Someone came to look at them but didn't fix it. Could have easily fallen.

I did not like that the sleeper sofa was broken and that we had to use a roll away bed. We also did not like the fact that the AC was low on refrigerant and was not working like it should. However, they made that up to us. We also did not like the fact that there was construction going on next door, but that was not a big deal. The two wicker dining chairs are very uncomfortable, Maybe adding a cushion to them.

We liked the size of the condominium and that there was enough room for everyone. There were two full Bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with two full-size beds, and then there were two roll away beds and a sleeper sofa), but the sleeper sofa was broken, which did not make that much of a difference for us. The kitchen was a good size for our business/pleasure trip.

Floors were not clean. Condo 402 is looking well used and tried inside. Only the basic minimums in the kitchen.

Nice and close to the beach. Gated entry to beach. The pool area is nice. The manager was excellent to deal with.

The construction. That is a real bummer. Driving foundation pilings five days a week is nightmarish.

The sheets were slightly rough and didn't want to stay on the mattress.

We ended up staying at the Paradise Beach Club, though they are owned by the same company. The condo was perfect, beautiful, and truly the first time that anywhere actually felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredible, and when I initially had an issue booking the wrong spot, they quickly changed me to PBC, with no problem. Everything was extremely comfortable, though the sheets themselves were a tiny bit rough, but not enough to be a problem.

Condo was below expectations. Furniture was old, dirty and needed replaced. Utensils were dirty and needed to be washed in the dishwasher. Dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly as it left food stains on the dishes and utensils. Couch was dirty and torn at the seam of the seat cushion. Condo appeared to be in need of serious updating.
