The bed sheets was a little sandy to lay on.

The location was great with the walk to the beach being really good. The front desk receptionist was amazing.

The facilities were rather old. Especially, the air conditioning really disappointed. It works really loud, and without it was unbearable hot in the room. Also, the conditioner is located right in front of the bed. Disturbed a lot.

It has a great location. Pool is available. Personal was friendly and helpful. Good room service.

I didn’t like how my room smelled like a cigar bar the ac kept shutting off throughout the night. I feel like the rooms on the 2nd floor was better

The rooms were outdated but the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff was only one person, he did the best he could considering he had so many rooms to clean, our rooms ( we had 2 rooms) didn't get cleaned every day like it should have but we made the best of it.

I liked how it had a good pool and close to the beach, also close to all the stores and restaurants, they were all within walking distance. The front desk clerks were very helpful and polite 😀 👍.

My room wasn’t ready for an hour after check in time. Had to go up to front office 3 different times. They tried to move me to the front to an open room, when they knew my family had another room booked already on the back side. They was hateful about me not wanting to switch rooms. Asked for towels from the cleaning lady, she went an got the manager she came back to our room an said what’s the problem to my 14 year old daughter all hateful. All I needed was towels. Very rude an hateful people.

Our toilet messed up a couple of times although maintenance was quick to fix it. And the tv didn’t work.

I liked the location to restaurants and the beach. The pool was nice as well. I felt safe. It allowed dogs which was nice having the dogs there. And even though it was busy (the 4th of July) it was still quiet we didn’t feel disturbed at all.

The door didn’t have a secure locks. I’m glad I had a door stop with an alarm and door jammer lock.

Pictures online made the room seem larger. Our room had some upgrades, but the coating on the sink was scratched off, exhaust fan didn't work, bathroom door was hard to open, paint from door frames were scratched in some areas, doors needed to be wiped down, the toliet rocked and needed to be tighten to the floor.

Look, this place is a great budget motel, a block from the beach, with no crosswalks. It's not going to be pristine. Keep your shoes on, you're probably going to smell sewer gasses occasionally, some stuff is going to be superficially broken (our most recent stay, the shower rod was cracked on the wall and we needed to be gentle with it. The shower started holding water a few days in. The stay before that, we had to switch rooms because the toilet was leaking and the new room's fridge didn't work) But, the people that work there are nice, the beds are clean and its an easy walk to the beach on the side of the pier that we like.

Value for distance to beach. It's a decent priced motel 1 block from the beach. It's reasonable and the people who work there are nice.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pool had little seating and no shade. Maybe put some umbrellas out for guests.

We liked the parking. It was easy to get to and we were able to find a parking spot every day. Front desk staff was very polite too.
