The mattress was too soft, and the quilt was poorly designed.

The quality of the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel below expectations. For the price I expected a higher standard. On the first night we were checked into a different room than we booked - in a room with 1 bed, despite the fact that we were traveling with 2 children. On the second day we were allowed to move to the originally booked room. After negotiations, we were compensated.

Great location to beach, pier, downtown restaurants and shops. Loved that bikes are available for guests. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Despite the price for the room is really high, other things like parking, breakfast or wifi are not included and are for extra fees (parking 56 + tax per day, wifi 12 per day...).

Very nice and comfortable room and hotel, we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our great terrace and aslo the special comfortable bed.

Check-in was very 'faulty towers' like. Arrived at 2pm, told room wouldnt be long. Receivied a call at 4:45pm and given a room with 1 king bed for 2 adults and 2 children, although I booked a King with queen sofa. The girl at the desk with the 'lashes' told me I have to deal with the 3rd party agent, booking.com myself becuase they dont have those rooms...? I showed her my booking and she flatly told me they dont have those rooms. She offered me 1 single roll away for 2 children.. After expressing my disappointment, the manager came out after another 20 mnutes of waiting to say he did actually have these rooms but one wouldnt be available till later that night, so we moved into the first room, had showers and went to dinner and came back and changed room at 9pm.. Apart from this experience, the actual hotel is nice with great location. It seems the management and cleaning system needs an overhaul, as does the attitude of the girl at the desk.

Great location, King rooms with sofa are a nice size, and the bike loan system is great. We rode up to Venice beach and had some lunch and watched the skateboarding. Pool looked nice but it was so windy when we there that we didnt make use of it.

The weather was cold and so the pool wasn’t inviting. I would have liked to swim if temperate was increased. Also there was drilling/construction happening on property in day which made relaxing at poolside hard.

Location was the best. The breakfast was excellent and included in our stay package which we were happy for. Loved the cruiser bikes which were also included. Did lots of exploring on them. And staff were all amazing and helpful.
