The AC wasn’t working. The shower had no hot water when my daughter went to shower. No one else had showered in our room that day.

They had a cool “pour your own “ beer station- but it had all unusual brews, not my favorite IPA

The location and setting was incredible. The home was very well designed and suitable for our family of three people. We adored the view of the water. The laundry and extra half-bath provided amenities that exceeded our expectations.

Cookware was thin stainless and not good at heat transfer so I would not stay in this unit if you plan to cook most of your meals, or else bring your own pots and pans. However microwave was great. Fridge was cold.

There is something very special about staying on Cape Cod Bay. The lapping water, the ever changing Cape light that painters strive to capture, the night skies, and you have all this from this place. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Beach access.

Our sliding screen door could use an update, tough to open and close without a struggle.

The ridiculous 10-digit code to access the unit. I would get halfway through the code and the red-light would go on. From my reading some google ratings the same thing applied to another renter for unit #13, which is the one we had.

The view the unit, and the cleanliness was wonderful. Would stay there again easily.

Needed to walk to the street to smoke a cigarette. It would have been nice to have a place to put the cigarettes out and throw away, like the kind that look like a tall bottle. Other than that, everything was great.

This location was exceptional. Very clean. Possible to cook full meals and was a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the Trek patios furniture and quick walk to the beach/ocean.

The door screen never worked right to go to beach.The slideing door to the beach was very hard to open.

The TV was not a smart TV. We take smart TVs for granted these days and not being able to log into Netflix or Amazon, etc was a big negative. We also would have liked better towels. We had two hand towels, two bath towels, and two beach towels. All were paper thin. (Note that I did not try to request more. It just didn't seem like the kind of accomodation where you could do that, but I probably should have tried). The coffee pot was old fashioned and did not use K-cups. We received one pre-measured packet. We purchased coffee for the remaining days but had to guess how much to use. They did not provide any type of milk for coffee. There were a couple packets of sweetener but they must have been there for awhile and were too damp to use.

The accomodations were clean and looked just like the picture. The bed was comfortable and even had good pillows. The beach at the property was nice. I liked being able to be able to walk right out to the beach, especially because there were some chairs available.

If you want/need peace and quiet in your unit, get a room upstairs. Paper towels are weak, but still nice that they provide them and on-site staff will give more if you ask. Not the best cookware (pots and pans) and the electric stovetop makes it a bit harder to control heat, but you'll live.

On site staff are amazing - go to them first with ALL requests/issues. Skip the intermediaries/booking sites. Units downstairs sliding door opens up to unit specific seating area and large shared private beach/sitting area w/ umbrella-ed picnic tables and beach chairs and propane grills and fire pits 2 each) with utensils, kitchenettes have decent size oven and are stocked with key cook- and serving-ware, plenty of pillows and blankets provided, soap, shampoo and conditioner are decent (Dove), towels of all kinds and paper towels provided.
