Love it!

Another AAAmazing stay at this cute, cozy property! Absolutely love it. The manatees were super active this time around which you get to enjoy right off their dock. Love the beach across the street to enjoy the nice sea breeze & see beautiful sunsets. The people that run the place are very accommodating & welcoming! Cute lil’ pool with perfect temperature water. Perfect for a dip after spending the day at the beach. Everything you need. Full kitchen! Love it & hopefully I get to come back before the cool weather settles in.

The shower is small but has GREAT water pressure & pull out handheld shower head which is a PLUS!!!

2nd time visiting Sand Vista & still love it. Love the property. Quietness. Across the street from the beach. Full kitchen! Amazing staff. Got to see manatees from the property’s dock 💕 Was looking to book again for Labor Day but already sold out. 😔

The property was absolutely adorable and the room was very clean and smelled tropical upon opening the door! Great little property that offers a lot! Beach access was right across the street! I would definitely stay there again.

Parking is really complicated and limited. The pool is very small and the room was a lil smelly.

Across the street from a beautiful beach! Walking distance to Dunkin, Pizza spot, Sushi place & nice restaurant. Grills on property. Fully equipped rooms! Microwave, fridge, full sink & burner. Comfortable beds & seating area. Loved our stay! Amazing staff! Beach chairs & umbrellas available at no extra cost. Nice pool area. Cozy property. We will be back.

Very comfortable bed, soft sheets and very accommodating with extra blankets and pillows Large frig, coffee maker and microwave. They even had fishing poles if wanted to fish off their dock. I loves that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas, and the beach right across the street . Duncan donuts only a block away.

neighbors were at my front door on both sides almost constantly...I couldn't even move into my room without saying "excuse me" at least a dozen times

Very small room for the vacation house, bruises after hitting the couch's edge, we paid much less for a much better apartment with even better location couple days before we arrived to this one.

I expected there to be shampoo and conditioner so I didn’t bring my own. Just an FYI, if you stay here bring your own shower toiletries as well as coffee as there is a coffee machine but no coffee grounds provided. (Although the owner did let us use some of her own coffee the first morning so that was amazing of her!)

Parking at this motel is tight. Rooms are very small but lots of seating outdoors.

This hotel is old and small but the beautiful pool area, canal in back where you can relax was so nice. Beach across the street with restaurants close made for good location. The staff were amazing, so caring and friendly. Motel is in a good location.

Not a lot to not like about this property. Price went up since the last time I stayed, no coffee maker in my room, I probably could have asked but didn’t, no ice available on the premise but my room had a nice size fridge
