You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was nice, views were nice, pool clean. Hotel Restaurant was good. Didn't have to leave if you didn't want to, everything right on resort.

United StatesBreakfast was not included so we had to pay for our own which was disappointing. The parking options was very limited for our vehicle. The constraints should be noted when booking at this location. When we departed, the resort staff at the front desk would not accept our parking pass because the room we booked was owned by an individual. I had to take the pass back up to the room on the 6th floor and leave it inside the room. Since the room we booked was owned by an individual, the resort staff would not assist with anything. They repeatedly told us we had to contact whoever we booked with. We had continuous issues with the code for door lock to our room. It was a 10 digit code so we had to write it down instead of using an easy to remember 4 or 5 digit code. We called Vacassa almost every time we tried to get in our room because the lock would error out after entering a couple of digits. We had to retry and it kept erroring out before we even entered all of the digits. Vacassa finally agreed to send someone out on Friday, 4/18 to check the lock for us and said they would be there that day. Vacassa called me back around 10:00PM to let me know they wouldn't make it until the next morning around 8:00AM. Nobody had shown up so I called Vacassa a little after 8:00 AM and was told it would be 9:00AM. Nobody had shown up so I called Vacassa a little after 9:00 AM and was told it should be anytime. They finally showed up around 9:30AM and changed the batteries in the door lock. They also changed the code to a 4 digit code and successfully unlocked it several times before leaving. The lock worked for us 1 time after that and then the same issues began so I had to call Vacassa again so they could reset the 10 digit code to allow us to get in our room. The code would work 1 or 2 times after the reset and then would start giving the error after entering a couple of digits again.

United StatesThe floors were dirty! Couldn’t walk on them in bare feet. I was supposed to have a kitchen to prepare meals, it was not in there, so we had to eat out every meal. But the worst was we got locked out of our room! My daughter’s medicine was in there, she takes it at a certain time during the day and evening. I was on the phone for 3 1/2 hours trying to get help . It was ridiculous,the person on the phone was asking the most Useless questions I.e. did you put the lock at the top of the door over on the inside? I need a picture of that. I told her to listen to what she’s asking? I was locked out. I complied with all her requests, sending multiple pictures of the lock and the door. I truly got to the end of my patience when my daughter was moaning in pain and I told her I was calling the police for a medical emergency to have the door broken down. They then had a locksmith show up within 1/2 hour. My 5 year old was crying watching his sister, he was exhausted as we all were. It turned out the battery was dead!!! All of this because no one bothered to check the battery! Seriously, I don’t think I would recommend using this place to vacation. The front desk was absolutely no help. Told us they had nothing to do with any of this. No call backs to see if all was well, I’m truly disappointed in this company. You did not deliver what was promised and then all of this stressful situation because of a dead battery which never should have happened. If I ran my business’s this way I wouldn’t have them. Someone dropped the ball, it’s just a very good thing that my daughter did have any serious repercussions from getting her meds so late !
The view of the ocean was nice. The room was nicely furnished. The property is close enough to the attractions .
