The rooms could have been cleaner. The floors and walls were really dirty and the shower wasn't draining probably because of all the sand.

I didn't like that the motel didn't have complimentary. Breakfast. Also, the hot tub was way too hot.

The roof was leaking in several different places throughout the building and we couldn’t even get to the water park.

It was cozy. The staff were all polite and accommodating.

I’m not going to lie, I didn’t feel very safe there. We ran into a few rude guests that made us feel uncomfortable.

Really the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The beds were so, so uncomfortable. Well be bringing a memory foam topper next time.

The availability of having everything right underneath our hotel room. Very convenient and we didn't have to move our vehicle one time to get what we needed.

The men who worked at front desk older black man with accent- little rude and got upset when I asked for toilet paper. Was there 5 days with family of 5 and asked for toilet paper everyday and he gave us 1-one and had an attitude like he had to buy it and give it to us. SMH

The room was absolutely filthy when we arrived. There was food in the floor, feet turned black walking through the room, the white table had a lot of black stuff, sand, dust, etc caked on it. The sink wouldn’t drain, the laundry room door was open when we arrived and when we went to shut it, it was apparently broke and shoved into place. Fell over and hit us more than once. There’s a broke piece of wood below the kitchen sink that was hanging half way off. Used condoms were thrown all down the path to the pool infront of the restaurant!

It was close to the beach, the air worked amazing, had a great view.

The parking. Once you left, it was almost impossible to find another parking spot. You could park in another building but it was a walk to get back to where your room was. You also can’t have any scooters, mopeds, or a golf cart parking at their facility and it doesn’t state any of that online. You basically don’t know until you get there. Our shower also has mold on one curtain, the other shower didn’t have a curtain at all.

When we checked in, we had to call the maintenance team right away to fix the dishwasher, knobs, toilet bowl handle, etc. I wonder if this could be fixed before guests' arrival. The room is very outdated, one of our beds was squeaking very loud.

The location is good. It is right on the shore, although a bit far away from the wheel and all the attractions. A lot of the facilities for the kids. Great access to the beach. The 3bd apartment was very spacious and good for our company of 7 adults and 4 kids.

Room floors were not clean. Windows in room were terribly dirty. We were only given one (1) wash cloth the entire stay. The bed was horribly stiff and uncomfortable. The TV remote wouldn’t work properly.

My fault for getting the room I got. The tiny fridge, small microwave, and bathroom sink are clogged. The water stream in the bathroom is very low. No carts for checking out. Like all oceanfront resorts, they have parking decks. With full size truck it is very hard to park and get up and down the parking deck.

Amenities were good. Pools were clean, the Kitchen and bar were well run and food was good. The aircon worked well. The team that worked there was helpful and friendly.

Highly expensive for the food inside the resort. The rates are high as well for nights.

We love the pool, waterpark, and access to beach. Rooms are decently cleaned.

overall the stay was nice however the staff wasnt really knowledgeable about the property and I get it, its a huge property and different areas of work so my suggestion instead of a map hand out information packets. I had no Idea bluey ate breakfast on friday and would of LOVED to take my daughter, also I didnt know the bar and kitchen did karaoke every saturday. I feel like I spent a lot of time off the resort because I didnt know these things were taking place.

Not enough parking. The living room furniture in our unit was very uncomfortable, but I’m not sure what the staff can do about that because it seems like some units are owned and rented out.

Good location. Many different activities for kids. Open late for snacks. Friendly staff.
