The bathroom was pretty clean, except one of the smaller towels was stained and had hair stuck in it and the toilet seat could have used a better scrub. Unfortunately, we didn't know about the tsunami advisory or the sewage issue coming from Tijuana, so we didn't get to go in the water.

Parking was free. The wifi was reliable. The host was VERY helpful and understanding. The beds were SO comfortable and clean. The location was AMAZING, and everyone from all the restaurants and bars was super friendly!!! So I would definitely book again! With a little more planning on my part. Haha

There was very little for kitchen supplies- kitchen utensily (spoons/knives/wine opener). Did not have enough towels for 3 and limited sheets/ blankets for the pull out bed. No beach towels/chairs/cooler.

To be honest, the bed was not very comfortable and created some aches and pains. There is no hair dryer and you are provided only one set of towels so we needed to buy beach towels.

No coat hangers. No hooks/ towel railing in the bathroom, so no where to hang our towels . Floors not as clean as they should be.

The location was very good and access to the beach and coffee shops excellent . The Inn has Old World ,rustic charm and plenty of parking .

Other than the housekeepers, there is no inn staff on the premises. The beach is often closed due to the sewage flowing up from the Tijuana River. There is also a VERY foul stench in the air, which is another issue, but apparently Imperial Beach has a campaign going to get is under control

Ideal location, directly across the street from the beach⛱️ . Close to restaurants & pubs. The suite we stayed in was comfortable & had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Quick drive to Coronado or North Island by taking the Silver Strand.

Had a couple of problems with the electronic door lock, but quickly resolved. Garbage disposal installed, but no switch to be able to use it. Light fixture above sink (I think), but no power/bulbs/switch to be able to use it. Only had bathroom towels, no wash cloths or kitchen towels (we had a kitchenette unit).

Looks like it was newly renovated or redecorated. Right across the street from the beach!! Price for the location was excellent!!

The Inn is old (rustic?) and needed to be repainted. Was the side of the counter stained with yellow stuff or dirty? The bed frame was cracked, and the paint was peeling off. The shower had low pressure. The website needs to be updated: It says the room has a ceiling fan, but my room has none. The policy also needs to be updated.

This is the place to stay if you want access to the beach right across the street. Parking was plentiful and not off the street. Pet friendly.

Check in was later than the already late 4PM. Workers smoked pot in the parking lot after work and the grounds were unkept

The noise in and outside of the room. The appliances made a great deal of noise. I could hear the neighbors nonstop. I did mention it to management and they did offer to move me. If you are a light sleeper, I’d recommend asking for a quieter part of the property.

Location is perfect. Across the street from the beach, down the street is a fantastic coffee shop.
