We love the location and the rooms. We usually stay in the 2 bed with kitchen. This time we stayed in a king room and it was much smaller than we expected. But still clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small for the price.

The location and beach access are amazing. The hotel is very clean and seems recently renovated. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Very limited amenities in the room, for example no place to put your luggage

This was the 3rd time I've stayed @ the Sandcastle; 2021, 2023 and 2025. There have been a lot of improvements done to this property and it looks and feels good! It's a little pricey but the location and view make it worth it!!!

We were happy and satisfied with our stay. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with except maybe the 4 pm check in ...

Very clean. Bed was so comfy. Shower was amazing! Steps from the beach.

Bigger coffee maker? Actually no complaints. Very nice place to stay.

The location was great! Nice view!

The campfires on the beach. But that’s not the hotels fault.

Everything! My kids and I had the double queen bed room, which had a mini kitchen with a full fridge, stove, and kitchen utensils! We had a primo view of the ocean and the stunning beach was nearly steps away! The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was nice and deep, allowing this single mother the chance to get a good soak in while there!

My only drawback would be the parking lot, which is very small and harder to navigate if you have a wider or more boxy vehicle, but my kids and I will definitely stay at the Sandcastle again!!

Before is share .. The rate of the room was high. I would have expected 5 star hotel. The room was spacious. The mini fridge freezer was just right and freezer froze ice! The Bathroom and kitchen options were ideal. And shower was designed for tall people — my husband appreciated that! Location close to most things off the highway ocean front. Quiet location Grandchild loved the room and pool and she had no complaints. I’d stay again if rate more affordable

Broken fireplace, dresser falling apart someone drilled a bunch of holes in it and the handles were falling off. Pool was cold and hot tub not working. The hot tub strainer basket was full of old bandaids and debris not serviced in a while it would seem. Jets not functioning either. Water was not 110 degrees but warmer than the pool. The room was set to 72 and pool was colder than the room

The view was amazing it was newly remodeled in the room nice feel, comfortable bed.

It still has old school physical key locks which was kindof fun but not as convenient to have to carry around.

Great view and access to fun beach that had tide pools at low tide & lots of agate/rock finds; could see seals swimming in the surf & whales blowing water (seen from balcony). Of course- My kids loved the pool.

Price a little steep for this solo parent- but all prices are high these days!

The view was wonderful. The pool and spa are excellent. The double queen w/kitchenette that we upgraded to was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom for one bed.

The rooms need updating. Parking is tight. Our original king room was very small, not the 237 square feet advertised. No lamps. There was no dresser as shown in the photo, only one nightstand, no closet, no wardrobe and no lamps. Nowhere to put suitcases. We could barely move around the room. Too small for a 5 night stay. A sun shade or sheer curtains in the sliding door window would prevent the room overheating in the afternoon. The alternative is to close the blackout curtains. The pool should be open longer hours - to 10 pm.
