Their office location needs better identification, parking needs more clearly identified, and the suite had no end tables for personal sleeping aids.

There was no coffee maker in my room. When I asked about it, they said they could give me one but I had to use my own coffee (didnt bring any because I thought there would be coffee). They also said there would be 24/7 coffee and tea so I assumed the office would have some but they didnt either. The shower and both sinks (kitchen and bathroom) didn't have cold water, only lukewarm, warm, and scalding hot. We also wished there was a pool.

We loved how close it was to the boardwalk and beach. We loved that we got an upgrade to a better room.

Had to pay for parking. They put a $300.00 hold on my card for a parking pass that doesn’t come off for 3-7 business days after you return the pass. $40.00 a day pet fee that I didn’t know about until I got there. AC didn’t work the best until I cleaned the filter.

I did have to switch rooms after the first night because my upstairs neighbor caused a leak in our bathroom from theirs.

The workers were super helpful when we had an issue with the first room we were in. The night shift manager was my favorite and super welcoming and helpful!

The way this listing was posted was that we were getting an apartment. It wasn’t it was 3 rooms in a hall way with a bathroom out in the hallway that anyone could use, the door to said “private” bathroom wouldn’t even shut properly. It was listed in the post that we would also have a microwave but there was none.

Finding the front office was a challenge, It was unclear that there are 2 hotels next to each other with 1 check in office for both. For me it was in the other hotel called Charlee Beach Hotel & Beach House. Parking was a couple of blocks away, not bad, but also not convenient. The room was interesting, not a lot of bells and whistles, but it is very clean. For a one / two night stay it does the trick. We had trouble finding the WIFI password, there was just enough bath towels, water faucet in the shower is backwards and only has completely cool or completely hot water. It was cool showers for all, but we did get cleaned up from the beach so it works.

The location is great, you are literally on the Boardwalk and next to the Beach. The place is quite soundproof, which is a huge plus considering all of the action going on outside @ all hours. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The room is also very clean and smells great! This was the most important for me. The beds and room temperature is comfortable.

The repairs and construction done to the apartment were horrible. Exposed screws in the shower, exposed wiring, and obvious patchwork. The doorknob was broken, the air conditioner filter was filthy, and the lamp was missing a light bulb.

The beds were not comfortable and the AC was very cold in one room and the other room had no AC. It was hard to keep the contacting rooms at a good temperature. One bed was a futon that broke another bed was a bunk bed that we had to take the mattress off put on the floor because it was to unstable to get in.

first of all it wasn’t the room we originally booked. they where doing construction so we were “ upgraded” to an apartment. it was freshly painted and clean, however there were toiletries from someone else under one of the pillows on the bed, we had only 2 towels no hand towels or facecloths, no cable, no hairdryer. the stove wasn’t working, no fridge, someone’s food and vitamins in the cabinet. No control for the heat( it was pretty cold ) had to have them turn it on, said they would bring the remote but never did.
