The AC in our room was too loud; it really disturbed our sleep. Prices at the bar were too high, and $30 for overnight parking was also too much.

The hotel is cool and very Austin. Great location, nice room, and delicious breakfast. It had a great vibe and friendly staff.

Our room close to the street was a little noisy. Another room we had set back on the property was a silent little zen retreat.

It is a stunningly beautiful place! The pool is gorgeous and the spaces invited relaxation and socializing

Payment system was slightly convoluted and annoying. Was meant to be pay on arrival for each of the guests (we had 4 rooms) yet a hold was placed on my card for 2 rooms I wasn't staying in. Slightly annoying and feel like this could be simplified by requiring payment from each room at check in.

Fantastic location. Very cool vibe around the hotel. Neat bar/pool area. Great merch. Amazing minibar selection. Friendly staff. Overall an epic spot and I'd definitely stay again! The photos don't quite do it justice.

Only thing that bugged us was that the cleaning rolling carts were parked outside out door the entire stay.

Perfect little enclave in the middle of the city. I love a smaller hotel and this was perfect! Surround by beautiful greenery, this updated chic motel had everything you need - comfortable rooms, plenty of outdoor seating, a pool and great coffee and food spots close by (Love Jo's). And despite being in the middle of the city, it was quiet.

- The bushes around the pool area and at the entrance of the rooms are full of nasty mosquitos. Within a few minutes I had severe bites that lasted for almost a week. Not sure which kind of mosquitos these were! - At the pool area some other guests had glasses and wine bottles and/or other alcohol even during the day, even though children were around. The hotel did not enforce their own policy of glass not being allowed at the pool area. - When cheicking out of the hotel they didn't want to show me the bill, they said they will email it later. When they emailed a day later they had wrongly put on the bill a food invoice from another guest. Why they didn't want to show me the bill on checkout I dont know, but errors like this could easily be avoided simply by showing the guest the bill upon checkout. They have now refunded the wrongly charged amount, but they haven't bothered correcting the invoice and I guess they never will. They probably tink it is not important to issue an accurate invoice. - During our 3 days stay we were asked to move rooms because our key got stuck in the lock of the first room and could not be removed from the lock anymore and the room would therefore remain unlocked overnight. They excuse we were given was 'the locks are very old'.

Very calm and relaxed environment. Nice rooms and very nice hotel facilties. Very relaxing even though it is just off a very busy street in Austin. Extremely nice location in a great part of Austin wiyth lots of nice shops and restaurants.

Only negative is the room service cook was a no show. I was looking forward to that!
